Delivery guy was super rude and had a idgaf attitude. Called and said Michele? I said who is this? He said is this Michele? And I asked who r u looking for and who is calling again. And he said oh maybe Michael or Michele. (My name is Michael). And he asked to open the door and sign the recite I asked for a pen and he did not even have one. So I had to get one while I went to get one he looked very annoyed I took long. How is it my fault your workers don’t carry pens to sign? Worst delivery experience. Use to only order dominos at my old place but in Fullerton Pizza Hut over dominos.

I came in and ordered a medium pizza and wings, loved it. They were polite and patient, got my food quick. It’s been awhile, glad I came. They even pointed specials, yay.

First off, I know this is Dominos and not some culinary masterpiece. That being said, for Dominos, this was the best. The food was delivered within 25 minutes of order by a very friendly driver. The food was hot and tasted really good. The salad, although pre-​packaged, was crispy, fresh and large enough to feed two. Very happy with my fast good experience

Dominos is OK Pizza, convenient because they deliver, and have good «sides». I stopped by two days ago just to get some Cheesy Bread. Imagine my surprise to learn that an oder of Cheesy Bread is the same price as a whole Pizza! $ 5.99 for each. $ 6.00 for re-​purposed Pizza dough and cheese? Not likely.
You’ve lost a customer. The bread used to be an affordable side dish and you have priced yourselves out of my budget. Too bad, you have a good product but it is not worth the same as the Pizza special.

I requested crushed red pepper with my order and was told that Dominos no longer provides this commonplace condiment for free. It is only available as an up charge item. Bewildering, but okay I say… I will buy some. And then I am told that this location doesn’t stock crushed red pepper and hasn’t for months. The person on the phone responded to my request as if I had just asked them for some bizarre and imposing exotic ingredient, one that was obviously impractical to procure. When I double checked with the delivery driver, he gave me a blank stare as if my desire for pepper was incomprehensible. What kind of pizza operation is this?

If possible I would have given this store half a star!!! I ordered my pizza online, showed up to pick it up and was told it would be about 15min still, needless to say 35minutes later I had no pizza still and the other person in the store was in the same boat I was. Talk about horrible service, they all see you standing at the order window to see if your order is ready and not one employee has the decency to stop what they’re doing for one second to ask «hey have you been helped yet?»

They have a new phone number, but haven’t changed the website. Once a live person answered the phone was put on hold forever. Don’t bother trying!!! Needless to say we can’t review the food, since it is impossible to get any.

I ordered from this horrible place a few days ago. Of course, the tracker said between 20 and 30 minutes. I called the store to cancel and the delivery guy ended up showing up about an hour and a half later. I told him I had canceled the order; he told me he didn’t blame me. I highly advise everyone to stay away from this dominoes because they did not refund me back my money on my debit card. They said it would take between 24 and 48 hours to refund me. Here we are 4 days later and it is still not in my account. They are a bunch of crooks!

I’m always ordering from this location but today was the worst, most horrible experience. I had placed my order online at 7:08pm. Time passed by but I tried to be patient since I expected them to be busy. 8:41pm and I still didn’t have my pizza. I tried calling earlier but no one will pick up. Around 8:53pm an employee finally took my call. Turns out they ran out of pepperoni and they were understaffed. He advised I could wait another hour or I could cancel. Well thanks for letting us know a head of time! I cancelled my order to get dinner some were else. Horrible customer service and I better get my refund back.

I have ordered from this Dominos before and never had a problem but today I ordered online as I usually do and it was my worst experience. The online tracker around the 20 minute mark said it was Quality Checking so made me think they would deliver soon. Well I was dead wrong at the 1 hour mark they were still «Quality Checking» so I called and it took me 30 minutes for someone to pick up the phone for the guy to say they were understaffed and had not made my food yet. I told them to cancel and refund my money which they did and I will not order from them again.

They charge for Parmesan cheese and crushed red pepper. Not sure if this is company wide or not. If it is… this is a huge problem and I am always going to choose alternative pizza places that offer these for free (as they should). I am not being cheap, it is just something every pizza place should offer free of charge. Ignacio makes a mean pizza at this location, but whoever makes the condiment decisions needs to get fucking fired. 2 stars because the pizza was dank.

I waited and waited and finally the pizza arrived the cheesy bread was a not good.
this was my always go to pizza but today, it was so not good. The driver asked if I wanted my receipt and he could not find it. So sorry Domino’s you used to be the best. The cheesy bread is awful

Just moved into the neighborhood, ordered for the first time from this location today for delivery. Ordered two medium pizzas, one with sausage, banana peppers, and onions. What I received was a terribly made pizza with sausage, banana peppers, and olives. I hate olives. The label on the box had my correct order but they still got it wrong. When I called to report the error, the first guy who answered put me on hold after I told him what happened, then a female picked up, I told her the story again, then she said they’d make me another pizza and asked me to come pick it up. When I told her that I would rather they deliver it, she paused and said, «ok, if you want, but it’s going to be another 30 minutes.» After that I asked to speak to the manager and just got a refund. I won’t be ordering from here again. Check out my pics of this poorly made pizza with barely any sauce on it and big dry bubble areas around the edges with no toppings or sauce.

This is a joke, ordered pasta for the first time and spend 8 $ om this crap I could have made myself. It’s just pasta and tomato sauce. Not even cheese.

In my experience, these guys always come through. I tend to order late at night and their pizza is always nice and fresh. Got a medium pie with pepperoni, Philly steak, bell peppers and onions. The chocolate lava crunch cakes are also pretty damn tasty.

I love the pizza the big problem that I have is that I am told when ordering online that I am outside where they deliver. That is not true, I have brought this up to the management at the store at least 4 times and each time they tell me that they will correct it. It has not been corrected therefore I cannot take advantage of the online coupons if I want to have it delivered. I am forced to call the store and take whatever deals they have going, for some reason they are not the same. It is very inconvenient. Once i call they assure me that I am within the delivering borders for the store and they take my order. PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM!!!
