I went there to get some fresh juice and it was 8:10 and the guy said he can’t make me a juice because I was too late although they are open till 9! The people working there are nice but I think if you stay open then you got to offer all your services.

Kind of a weird service. Waited in line for about 7 minutes. No one was in line. Cashier was finishing making a smoothy and walked casually to the register and stared at us. We gave our order and she took our monies without saying a word. Then just stared at us. Very awkward turtle. Anyways, would probably not be coming back. Just go to juice it up across the street. :)

Juice is fine, though when I walked in for an interview while the manager interviewed me she was texting on her phone. If you’re going to take the time to interview someone, don’t be rude. Never will I go back to that Jamba Juice again because of bad customer service. Don’t waste my time. Zz

I usually have such a wonderful experience here at Jamba Juice but this last experience was absolutely horrible. Unlike what the hours say on here, this location closes at 10 not 9. I went in at 9:20 to get a smoothie for my boyfriend and I and this girl that was working there was absolutely horrible. I ordered and she was so quiet when she was telling my order I couldn’t even hear her. I just handed her my money and said my name because I know how Jamba Juice works. So she gives me my change and I start putting my change back into my wallet and she stares at me for a good 40 seconds and doesn’t go make my smoothies until I look back up at her. Then she makes my smoothies. The first smoothie looks good. The second smoothie she pours had about ¼ of the cup still empty and she would have given me that had I not given her a dirty look. She poured the smoothie back in and then dumped more fruit in there and blended it again. She gave me the now full smoothie cup and I left. I didn’t taste the smoothies until I got in the car and they were GROSS. They were so watery and tasted nothing like the way Jamba Juice smoothies should and normally do taste. Very disappointed.

Thank you for the sweetest service this morning. I felt so rude I was on the phone. I ordered my drink the cute girl with the fun hair this morning was so kind. And then my drink was delivered by a swee Asian kid and he was so nice. Thank you for being so kind to this crazed morning mamma. I will definitely be back!

Just worst. I ordered acai bowl. I eat this at least 3 times a week and it came out with 4 pieces of strawberry 2 pieces of blueberry. The workers don’t smile, they don’t know what they are doing. Worst of all the bowl was so watery that it was like juice and lacked flavor. I felt like I was drinking water with 3 drops of acai in it. I had them redo it. But it wasn’t any better. I pay 7 bucks for this, and this is just worst. Don’t go here. Also, the countertops are so dirty. They don’t wipe the surface. Also the one taking order has the softest voice and i cant hear a word she saids. They forgot to put coconut flakes, honey and peanut butter drizzle. Never coming back here.

In a previous review for Jamba Juice, I called it the Starbucks of smoothies. For this particular location, that can’t be farther from the truth. I called ahead on one occasion for a to go order. I wanted my usual Pina Cowlada: a pineapple blend from the old menu. The order taker said he never heard of it and couldn’t make it so I ordered another smoothie. When my wife got there to pick it up, the guy at the counter admitted that the recipe was indeed in their database and that he could have made it. He apologized and both my wife and I thought nothing of it. However, on this last visit, my wife went in to the store and asked for my usual Pina Cowlada. Instead of looking it up on the computer the order taker said she couldn’t make it. When presented with the fact that the last person found it on the computer, she again said no she couldn’t make it. Finally, when told that the Brea store gladly makes it for us, she said, rather indignantly, «we’re not the Brea store and they’re in another district so if you want that [smoothie], then why don’t you just go over there and get it…» Are you kidding me?! There’s a sign posted that says if you don’t see a flavor you like, we’ll gladly try to make it for you. Sure they will… as long as it is at another store.

Love these places, everywhere. This location didn’t get 5 stars because it seems someone called in, or they just don’t have the man power to handle how busy it was. For this location, I would think they would have at least 3 people working. But the 2 guys handled it well, and they showed no frustration. The bathroom didn’t flush, and no toilet paper, but everything else was solid. Pat the 2 guys on the back who where working their tails off.

Ordered a waffle and apparently there are two different kinds. When I asked what the difference was between the two all that was said in reply was«oh we don’t have it.» Nothing else. I imagine whoever helped me was having a rough morning but I still smiled and said okay. Clearly there was only one available waffle but was teased for two.

I was really looking forward to a smoothie. Stood in line patiently while the customer in front of me was being helped with purchasing gift cards. No one else was in the place except for the three employees. After the customer gathered his gift card he tips the girl. We are next. I step up to the register with my boyfriend expecting to be greeted. I said hi and was ignored. She then asked another coworker help her order a drink with her newly acquired cash. We stood their for another few minutes without being acknowledged. I finally had it and walked out. While doing so I turned around just while we were about to exit to dirty looks from the girl. No wonder I never frequent any Jamba Juices.

I ordered a green juice this morning and it was literally half foam! They charge 6.50 for the 16 oz and if they’re only filling it halfway … I’m not coming here anymore. No thanks you can take your expensive hall full drinks…

Slow service… but the drinks were good. Shouldnt take like 20 minutes to make 3 drinks. I would go back just because I love jamba juice, maybe not to this location.

I came in and there was 3 to four people ahead of me. There was 2 people on bar and 1 girl working the register. It took me 20 minutes to get my drinks. Pomegranate paradise and a strawberry, both very good! There wasn’t much customer service, it was straight business.

I came into this Jamba Juice and order my aci drink as I look around waiting for my drink I notice that there is one price for my drink and another price on a menu in front of the store as you walk in, curious i asked and 3 of the people working there had no idea why this was finally it dawned one of them why, cause of price change I’m sorry but working in the food industry I feel a if though you should know when your store prices go up & not only that you should not have a menu in store it the INCORRECT prices.

DON’T GOHERE!!! They’re super slow with only the orders in the queue. Don’t read their tags to get customer orders correct, three were remade in the duration of this review alone. And have poor customer service skills. It isn’t a career, but at least some care for your job and customers would go a long way. Had to remake or order three times and still not correct. Total crap.

I’m not a big fan of fruits, whether they are in their natural form or in juice form. But when I feel a cold coming on, I turn to Jamba Juice to pump as much nutrients in me to fight away whatever it is I am battling. DRINKS. I really love their Apple ‘n Greens smoothie. It has a ton of fruits and vegetables and the best part is, I can only taste the fruit. It has a good portion of protein, vitamin A, C, iron, and calcium. Granted, it’s not enough to fill your whole days worth, but that’s why you eat food. The ingredients include carrots, spinach, bell pepper(I know it’s weird), kale, spirulina(what… the heck), lettuce, peaches, mangos(yum!), and bananas. You really can’t go wrong with this smoothie. ***Strangely, there are no apples in this smoothie, but it kind of tastes like one. Jamba Juice Inception.*** The only bad part is that it’s green and it’s not the most appealing color for a smoothie, but once you get past that, it’s smooth(ie) sailing from there! SERVICE. The workers here are very nice and they know their products. It took me a while to decide what I wanted and if I wanted to add anything extra to my smoothie. Luckily, they were patient with me. There was only one other customer there so there was no wait. PARKING. I love this plaza because there is so much parking! PRICE. I’m a not-so-regular customer of Jamba Juice. I was gifted a $ 50 gift card for Jamba Juice four years ago and I still have some money left over on it. The price isn’t so bad considering the drinks have so many ingredients that would cost even more if you bought it from a grocery store.
