KFC

Usually like going here. Today was a disappointment. Due to health issues I can’t have fried chicken. Ordered the $ 5 fill up box with GRILLED chicken (which I’ve done before) and sweet tea. A friend wanted a chicken pot pie. Only to be told no GRILLED chicken, no sweet tea (which I’ve had before here) and also no chicken pot pie. It was earlier in the evening (5:15pm) so don’t understand why they were out of everything. Be cautious. Not happy.

Very slow service, they rush you to order and they mess up your order also they dont have different parts of chicken but the ones you get taste old. Go to a different location

Employees seem irritated when you ask questions. Drive thru menu is far less than complete. For the full menu, you have to go inside to see it. If u ask a question about the menu, employees get upset and are very rude. My first and last time at this location. Servers name is Gloria according to my receipt. I will be visiting

Not a bad KFC. Dining room is small and a bit worn but the staff is friendly and the service is quick. Food is decent, normal KFC fare. Closest KFC to Brea.

The lady that usually is in the front as cashier is rude (Hindu girl) and always gives me the smallest oldest pieces of chicken. And when it comes to giving my change back she never hands it to me in my hand (which I have out in front). Very rude! Will never be coming here again!

I’m very offended on how they treated my mom. My mom is not fluent in English but still, treat your customers with respect please! You could tell that the girl who was taking our order was being racist. Before my mom spoke, she was talking normally and then when my mom talked, she slowed down her words in a mockingly way. I’m very offended. I’m positive I won’t return here unless they teach their workers how to treat their customers right. A BIG NO GO to this place.

Great KFC. Better than most others. Location is convenient. Employees were very helpful. They were friendly. KFC still makes great chicken. The value is excellent. You can’t get a better modest priced meal elsewhere like this.

The food is always good. I love the location easy to get in and out. The workers are nice never had anything go wrong here.

Seriously !!! This place MUST train their employees a LOT more. Terrible customer service!!! The kid taking our order on the drive thru was laughing & didn’t say a word after I gave him my order I literally had to ask him do I drive up? Or do I repeat my order to which he replies — just drive up… I had to give him my order once again as he is once again joking around with the guy making the meals!!! Get over charged & on top of it have to wait 15 mins for my meal to be ready — without asking us if we where willing to wait that long!!! I will never come back here again. Worst everything!!!

Not sure how everyone else gets such bad service here, but for me the staff has always been on point and quick to serve me.
KFC has that crispy chicken and you know you crave it every once in awhile! I’m don’t always want fried chicken, but when I do, I eat KFC.

Really awesome place to eat. Whenever, I go there the guy who’s working on front welcome us in a really nice way. Last time he took my wrong order but when I go on front he said «I’m really sorry. I am gonna change it» And he didn’t charge me for extra gravy. Really appreciate his customer Service. These 5 stars only for that guy but the only bad thing is that he don’t know Espanol. Ha Ha Ha but still love his customer service.

Do not go to this KFC, they are racist against white people. They would not give us our chicken, because we didn’t have our ID’s on us. I go to the KFC by my work in Yorba Linda, off Richfield and YL Blvd all the time, and they NEVER ask me for my ID, so it didn’t even occur to me that I would need it. I just grabbed my ATM card, and my coupons, and went out the door to get chicken for the kids. I didn’t grab my purse, so I didn’t have my ID and they wouldn’t serve us. Here we are in a 60 thousand dollar truck, and we cannot purchase 20 freaking dollars worth of chicken, because we are in guadalahabra, and we are white. Plus, we ordered crispy chicken, and they only had 6pcs, I would have had to get 2pcs of something else. Anyways, I left pissed of course, and went to the KFC on St College and Chapman, ordered my chicken, and they didn’t even ask for my ID. I will never go to the guadalahabra KFC again!!!

writing this review coz of my recent experience. Actually as im writing this out of experience not because im just feelin the hate. im actually waiting for my 8pcs grilled chicken at this very moment 8:15pm october 19, 2012 :)
Well, i came here all hungry after a long workout so i ordered 8pc chicken 4grilled & 4original. well, the cashier goes. Sir we dont have anymore grilled chicken coz its 8pm… so im a bit confused coz isnt that what theyre suppose to be selling? i know its almost closing time but if you tell me, you are selling chicken. dont tell me you ran out of chicken and you’ll just sell me chicken feet instead!!! You know girl? tonight im gonna be a total a$$ coz im hungry so ill make ya’ll grill that chicken ive been craving
freakin mercy!!!
Im giving this place 1 star for being so close to my place and 1 star for the cashier who’s trying to be funny by telling she dont wanna argue with me so she’ll make the guy grill some more chicken.
Now, im almost done with this review and im still waiting for my grilled chicken. So next time kfc! Do Your Chicken Right… Ohh yeah, church’s chicken is wayyyyy better than you kfc.

Yummy traditional chicken dinner for a reasonable price. Fast food service.
