I have to say this company is real 5 stars service. First, I was really surprised how fast call back from office and set up repair date. Technician explained the problem easy to understand how to fix and cost. Awesome service! I definitely recommend this company!

Long overdue review for this company. We had our AC go out over the summer and called on S&R to come out and take a look since the company we normally used had a 10 day wait for service. Matt came out, took a thorough look at our unit and had it up and running in about an hour. He was professional, very knowledgable and honest. We will be using S&R from now on whenever we need AC service. Thanks, Matt!

After an initial scheduling issue, S&R showed up exactly when promised and gave us a $ 50 discount to make up for the misunderstanding (which was really just a misdial on the phone on their part). The technician worked quickly and resolved our air conditioning problem within minutes, and then went further and checked the entire system. He found some disconnected wires and corrected the situation free of charge. I can’t make enough positive comments on this company! Outstanding! Their prices were reasonable and their service was terrific!

We were very pleased with S&R, the company that will now be our air conditioning & heating company from this point on. It was a holiday weekend and because our air conditioning was not working, we had called the company we used before. Their answer machine was filled, so there was no way we could leave a message. S&R service specialist Steve Wright called me back within a few minutes of the time I placed the call. He arrived before two hours, the time he had promised. He spent a long time working on our air conditioner, which is about 20 years old, but he couldn’t have been nicer. He explained everything and even though we still have a part to be replaced, the air conditioning is working beautifully. We paid a holiday rate, but he didn’t pressure us and actually told us up front on the phone that if we waited until Tues., it would be much less expensive. However, our kids & grandkids were there that day and I wanted the house to be comfortable. Within a couple of hours, it was very comfortable. Before he left our home, Steve cleaned up the air conditioner and the area around it. I’m grateful to Steve and grateful to our neighbors who recommended S&R.

We had just came back from vacation to a broken air conditioner. My husband left a message for S & R late that evening, and received a call first thing in the morning. Matt was out to our house and had the air conditioner working in no time! Thanks Matt!

My AC unit was leaking water in the attic. Water poured through the exhaust vent in the master bathroom. I called ²⁰⁄₂₀ plumbing & heating in Riverside (recommended by my HOA) and they told me the pan was cracked. They said they had to order a new pan and would call me back to reschedule an installation date. They also said three technicians would have to be used to move the AC unit and replace the pan. 13 days passed and ²⁰⁄₂₀ did not call. I called them back and they told me they had to check if the pan was under warranty. At this point I was done doing business with ²⁰⁄₂₀ and found S&R on Unilocal.S&R told me that they would send someone over the following morning (July 3^rd) which was during the start of the 4^th of July weekend. I was impressed. Matthew checked the AC unit and found that the pan was not cracked, but tilted. He made some adjustments, minor repairs in under two hours and I was back in business. Thank you Matthew and S&R for fixing our AC! It runs like new and saved me time and money! I highly recommend S&R Air Conditioning & Heating!

Love them! Sean, the technician that came out to repair my unit was super sweet and clean… he wore booty’s! One of our ac units wasn’t turning on and he found that there was a wire that just fell off. Well he replaced and all is well, thank God. He didn’t try to sell me on some bull crap that I didn’t need he was really honest with me. So there is no doubt that I will use them for my maintenance and repairs in the future.
