Sun Coast RV & Coach Rentals

Sun Coast RV is a nightmare. These people shouldn’t be in business. We rented an RV from Sun Coast and the vehicle sustained a minor impact while parked. I immediately made a claim to my insurance company to repair the damage to the RV. After two days, Sun Coast called and said they didn’t have time to wait for State Farm to pay and that they had charged my credit card for the damage and additional damages which were not caused by the parking lot accident. When I asked them to reverse the charges and allow State Farm to adjust the claim (which they did in full), Kacey at Sun Coast screamed «F@#k you, Dog Sh*t!» at me. They also hit us with unexpected return fees. These people are so nice on the front end and horrible on the back end.

Stay away! When I returned the Motorhome they charged me with excessive return «fees» all to keep my deposit, they were very rude and unprofessional. We also had problems with their Motorhome on the road that we had to financially pay for because they do not have any kind of roadside assistance program on their Motorhomes. I believe these are just personally owned Motorhomes by the owner as they are some kind of hot rod shop. Next time I’ll just use s large rental company because I feel it is imperative to have some kind of support when traveling, especially with my family, I will never use this company again.

Had the pleasure of renting a beautiful RV from Sun Coast RV Rentals! Given the fact that I don’t drive an RV everyday, it was nice that Dan gave us a grand tour of the entire unit! He showed and explained everything we needed to know about the leveling jacks, slide-​outs, generator, awnings and much more!
Even while on our trip, we came across a minor radio issue but they put us in direct contact with their technician and he was able to talk us through the problem.
The unit drove like a champ despite how dirty we got it but I’ll definitely be back when I need to rent an RV again!

Audrey and Dan made my stagecoach trip worth while. The coach was beautiful inside and out. Everything worked perfectly. Dan was kind enough to walk me through the RV and give me a run-​down about how everything worked. Definitely will be renting from them again! Excellent service!

Great RV rental. Audrey is a pleasure to rent from. Hassel free. Top of the line coach rental. Our rental experience was flawless. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a nice motorhome.

We rented an RV for the week from Sun Coast RV, my family flew in from out of town for a Grand Canyon road trip. Multiple issues with the coach, most minor but some major.
The gas solenoid for the propane would not work and we had no use of propane for the entire trip. NO HEAT in Williams AZ 28 degrees at night! No gas for cooking, no gas for fridge. Had it checked out at RV place and they could not fix it.
The Engine temp never heated up while driving so there was no head from the dash either.
The sofa mattress leaks and was flat by morning.
The button for the rear pop out was going bad and you had to fuss with it to come in.
Passenger seat electrical adjustments did not work, was supposed to fold into a bed yet it didn’t work.
THE LEVELING JACKS DID NOT WORK! They lied to us and said to air down the suspension in order to level the coach. What a joke!
OWNERS RESPONSE to issues… We climbed under the coach and tapped on gas valve with a hammer and it works! The guy before you never said anything. We just replaced that air mattress sofa bed.
NO Discount or apology for the trouble. In face we were charged extra for mileage.
