Walmart Supercenter

I like this store cause they have everything and are open 24 hours a day. Been comimg here ever since they opened, always been happy.

PROS-​this is a 24 hour Walmart Supercenter that is pretty big in size and offers fresh grocery as well. They also have 2 big clearance sections for savings on top of savings. Parking is a breeze too. CONS-​Kinda far off the freeway howver and if you go late at night there aren’t any checkstands only self checkout which is not good when you have a cart full of stuff having to ring up yourself and bag and wait for the clerk to override in between each item because the system keeps alerting UNEXPECTED ITEM IN THE BAGGING AREA can be extremely annoying.

This Walmart is better than most Walmart considering the area it’s located but OMG!!! The stench! The front always smells like rotten eggs! The service is hit and miss! I actually left my opinion on their service once using their receipt survey system and no one got back to me about what they’re going to do to improve the service!
Let me recap. I bought a mirror and while checking out, another employee came to restock bags and totally slammed her box right on top of my mirror! I looked at her with a are you fn kidding me look yet she didn’t give a f! I even called the store but I don’t even remember her name by now. She should’ve been reprimanded and given a customer service inservice! I wrote her name on the survey but they obviously did not send me a copy or follow up. Sooooo irritating!

Came to pick up an Online Order with a good friend of mine. Been here for like 20min… An still waiting… This girl that helped us end up leaving to another Department so… Idk this is the Worst costumer experience ever… Never again coming here…

I worked at consumables and ill not be working for any walmart again they have their favorites, management are assholes. they don’t train you. the girls are stuck up fat chicks. I rather go broke.

HORRIBLE customer service. Will not be returning to this Walmart. Was trying to purchase multiple items from the 50% off Christmas clearance isle only to be told at the register they are in fact NOT 50% off.

This is by far the best Walmart I’ve been to. I stopped shopping at Walmart a while back because I never had a good experience, but I decided to give this one a try one day while I was in a rush.
This location specifically has the nicest, cleanest staff, and you can actually find an employee when you need help.

So much thing that I can buy here… low price everyday… great place

Walmart always holds a special place in my life. Wherever we have been in the US, we have purchased most of our household consumables, edible as well as non-​edible, at a Walmart.
–During my days at Cincinnati, I used to take a bus from school to the suburbs to purchase items at a Walmart.
–When we were at Lima, Ohio we used to go to the super Walmart on Harding Hwy for all our needs.
–After we moved to California, we frequented the Walmart in Cerritos Towne Center for couple of years.
–These past 6 years residing in Fullerton, we have been going to this Walmart in La Habra.
This Walmart wasn’t always a Super Walmart. I remember having to go to Albertsons on Rosecrans for groceries. However, by 2010 this was upgraded into a Super Walmart. McDonalds gave away to Subway. Timings were also changed to be open 24 Hour along the way. Unlike my other friends, we have not switched over to Costco or Sam’s Club as we typically do not buy anything in bulk. All and all it has become a one stop shop for most of my needs. We might have spent close to $ 10,000.00 with Walmart throughout these years.
Pros:
1) Open 24 Hour. Only self service registers are open early in the mornings when I shop here after my workout at the 24 Hour Fitness center. To me this is a big convenience as I do not have to worry about long lines at the register, parking, or items running out of stock. I am in and out of the place in 5 Minutes. (+1)
2) Adequate staff. In case you have a question, there is always an employee within an aisle or two of wherever it is that you are at this store. (+1)
3) Inexpensive items compared to a Target. Walmart’s «Great Value» brand stuff is significantly cheaper than any other item that is not on sale at other stores.
Cons:
1) My biggest complaint right now is that my credit card only works at Register # 12, and self serve registers. The card works fine everywhere else in the world. I have spoken to different cashiers, and a manager and they can not seem to help me with this issue. I even had the bank replace my credit card, yet this problems persists. If the Mrs. gets a little more frustrated due to this, she might stop shopping here (–2)

I don’t know if there is a way to give 0 stars, but if I could I would! My husband and I went to pick up a few things last Friday night after and very long work week, we made a purchase then asked a girl named Vanessa at the customer service desk if we could exchange two dollars for quarters and she told us you can go pick them up off the streets we don’t do that here! I have never been treated so horribly in customer service I don’t know how she can be representing a business with that type of attitude! Even though Walmart has always been our go to we will no longer be shopping there. We will spend our hard earned money somewhere that employees actually care about the customer!

God she was annoying.
Went to get a passport picture done with my husband, and I have never seen anyone work so unprofessional and annoying. I don’t know how she got hired.

Shout out to Rudy in the hardware dept. I actually got customer service! He looked for the product I was there for and even found it located at a nearby store! Thaaank you.

I used to like going here because they had the self check out options and used to be able to do returns late. My schedule doesn’t allow me to go out too much during normal hours but recently I noticed some changes. Now you can no longer use the self check out at night leading to long lines. The lines were into the clothes behind me before people finally got on the registers. The self check out was the best part and when I need to do late night shopping or returns it was great. I could get in and get out. Now it seems they are cutting back more and more. Sad to see things getting worse.

Always fun for people watching. I come here only when needed or is late and my only choice. Good thing there is self check out and a 24hr. Subway!

Do not ever use their photo center. Been waiting for two hours here and no apologies or nothing.
And the so-​called assistant manager «Ivette» was so damn rude. How did you even become an assistant manager with that attitude?

Worst Customer Service!
They have the most horrible staff, ever. The girls at the counter/​cashiers are rude and obnoxious, not to mention sassy.
Completely unprofessional — I will definitely be driving to another location.
Hopefully the management see this and reevaluates their team members.

I like coming to Walmart. Please keep the basic 4 cereal in stock. They change their orders so much that I never know what they will or will not have. They have the best price for my cereal though… when they have it. I have been told they did not stock it and they mysteriously get it a few months later. I like coming here but it is very busy. Parking sucks here too. I have been hit in the parking lot 2 times and then they had to out signs up because of thefts in the parking lot and there are a lot of solicitors here. I still like this Walmart though and they still sale fabric which most other locations stopped. Too bad the people aren’t always trained to cut the fabric which is highly irritating and the printer to purchase the fabric rarely works.

Ok, I know it is Walmart, but still. They just recently finished a major remodel and it is basically a Super Walmart without the signage… I think it is awesome that basically Walmart is thumbing their nose at the cities that say they cannot be Super Walmarts (grocery stores) by just opening a Walmart and then adding the groceries without calling it a Super Walmart. So I was shopping today and found that on regular items I purchase at the grocery store on sale, the Walmart everyday low price is like HALF. So our new grocery store is Walmart and I can basically cut up all those stupid keytags I carried to «get deals»

TWO WORDS: (1) CHEAP (2) GHETTO
I guess you get what you pay for.
Avoid past 11pm because the freaks come out.
Fruits: quality is bad
Everything else: great prices

I love this store i was so happy when they added the grocery section. It’s one stop shopping. The staff is friendly. Last but not least the prices are great.
The only negatives– at times they don’t have enough check outs open but just recently they have gotten a better about this and now even have a person directing you to the shorter lines.
Bonus — self check out. Stays open late, red box, optometrist, Vision center and Subway.
