I will be honest that this high rating is really more about the concept than the actual store. The idea of an everyday trendy boutique where you can drink wine while shopping is really the perfect concept to me. It’s the concept that got me in the door and got me to spend money here.
The store it’s self was kind of disappointing. The woman who works here was so sweet, super helpful and not at all aggressive but the store had only 1 wine and they sell the wine they don’t serve it to customers gratis so the wine cost $ 7 a glass and there was no selection only 1 kind.
The clothing selection is thin and most of the items are very expensive. I like high end shopping but the best boutiques tend to vary in price point to get customers in more often.
So I bought a few things and I really do like them but I feel like the concept of this store has so much more potential than what it is actually delivering right now. It kind of makes me hope some entrepreneurial type will try to duplicate this place and do it better!

I just found this place and I’m in love! I want everything in there! They are so helpful and non pretentious. If you are in the mood they have a great selection of wine!

Hands Down my favorite boutique in all of La Jolla — actually in all of San Diego. The boutique owner Summer knows how to do it right. From Fashion to wine to hosting events. This is probably the only boutique where you get incredible above and beyond customer service. You leave the place happy with your purchases and the staff is great at styling you perfectly for whatever it is that you are shopping for.
Summer has the latest and greatest trends in her store and it’s a one stop shop, instead of going from store to store at the mall. You won’t be disappointed. :)
Oh and remember you can ‘Shop Tipsy’ buy having a couple glasses of wine. It’s one experience you will remember.

More than entertainment, I love 2 things… shopping and drinking wine. Well, Blended Industries brings both of my favorite things in one store! Not only does the boutique have an AMAZING and affordable selection of men & women’s clothing and accessories, but the wine is fantastic! Jesse Kovacs takes the top honor as best new winemaker with Kovacs Brothers wine. Summer Albertsen has been my stylist for 3 years now and whenever I need an outfit for an event or première, she always knows EXACTLY what pieces to put together for my body type and I must say… she’s the reason why I have been on best dressed lists! Jesse and Summer really take the time to get to know each and every client and customer that walk through the door and make you feel like you are best friends… That’s a rare find in La Jolla and I HIGHLY recommend taking the time to stop by, shop and enjoy a glass of wine at the BEST boutique in Southern California… Blended Industries! One of my favorite places to shop! Such a beautiful space, and you can have a glass of wine while you browse the racks! What is better than that? The service is awesome and Summer really gets to know her clients personally. She is great at helping you pick out the perfect outfit. They carry lines like J Brand, Parker, And BCBG! Love it! A must see boutique!

What an incredible boutique! From the moment you walk in you’re greeted by the sweet and stylish boutique owner Summer. She’s doesn’t only provide the best customer service but also caters to your specific shopping needs by pulling pieces that are a good fit for your body type. So you have a personal shopper and stylist all in one.
I absolutely loved their selection of brands from contemporary to designer. Oh and did I mention that there is a full wine bar inside the store? You can bring Le Boyfriend and let him enjoy the game on TV while you shop and sip on the most delicious wine by The Kovak Borthers.
