Dr. Sabourin is by far my favorite general dentist. He very well respected in the dental community. He is very good. He is very nice as well. I give high extremely high ranting. If possible I would give him 10 start more… I do not go to him anymore because he charges a lot for general cleaning and I don’t have the money. I wish he would give a break to cash patients but he does not. If I did not worry about money, this would be my general dentist hands down. HEISGREATANDHONEST!!!

DUDE! THEY’REBUILDING A NEWPARKINGGARAGEATXIMEDANDIT’S ALMOSTDONE! Do you know what that means? I don’t have to go to the dentist 45 minutes early to find a freaking parking space. Let me set one thing straight before I go on raving about my awesome dentist… going to the dentist sucks. What you want to look for is a dentist who makes it as unsucky as possible, right? David Sabourin has been my dentist for the last twelve years. During that time, I’ve been the beneficiary of some of the most impressive cosmetic dentistry I’ve ever seen. He’s changed all of my fillings to porcelain, put in a permanent crown that I cannot tell from my own teeth, whitened my teeth two or three different times, and referred me to one periodontist and one endodontist(both were excellent) for procedures that fell outside of his scope of work. In addition to being an incredibly nice guy, David Sabourin is also an absolute perfectionist. He strives for greatness in every single thing he does. His hygenist, Amy Robins, has been cleaning my teeth for a decade and she is equally phenomenal. Every single thing in the office is elegant, clean, and designed to optimize patient comfort. In case you’re squeamish, don’t worry… they offer a nice dose of nitrous oxide, even just for cleanings(I’m quite nervous about dental work, so I take them up on it). From the staff to the cushy chairs to the pleasant decore to the headphones to the movies they have for you to watch during longer procedures, it’s an awesome place and I almost… ALMOST don’t mind going there. One thing to note: Sabourin is not a budget dentist. He charges what he’s worth. His prices aren’t overboard, but he won’t accept insurance rates for his procedures. You’ll need to pay up-front and bill your dental insurance for whatever portion they will pay. Is it worth it? Yes. Absolutely. As long as I live in San Diego, I won’t ever go anywhere else.
