I would rate this an F in customer service. Rude. Alberto makes me sit there and wait for 15 min all along talking to his previous client who is done and just socially hanging around. Without ever talking to me and asking me what I may be needing, goes back and gets some color ready for me! Really??? You don’t even ask maybe I wanted a different shade of color? Do I not even get one min to ask about what I want? I would never recommend him I don’t care how good he may «think» he is. An F overall.

Thanks to Alberto 619−995−8890, I get so many compliments on my hair. He does an incredible job. My hi-​lights and haircuts are always consistent and always exactly how I want them. I am so happy I found him.

This is by far the classiest and most upscale salon in La Jolla. I have been a client at many other places throughout San Diego and La Jolla but will continue being a client here. I highly recommend you ask for Amy, she does the most phenomenal color, blow outs and mens haircuts I’ve ever seen. And it helps that she is such a sweetheart and truly takes pride in her work. It most definitely shows!

Alberto is the BEST for my hair and his dry cut brings out such a bounce! I get compliments all the time. And he’s just a fun, nice person. Great experience. I’ve tried ‘em all in LJ and he’s the best for me and the salon is awesome. Try it; indulge yourself.

Alberto Carrillo does the best hair. I have been going to him for over 10 years. His updo’s are knock outs and his cut/​color are amazing. I enjoy my appointments because he is so fun and funny. I highly recommend him.
