I first met Kimmie about 7 years ago, when she was working at her previous spa. I came in with severe hormonal cystic acne and was on the verge of taking Accutane. She consulted with me and gave me an acne facial and I’ve been a client and fan ever since. She has cleared up my skin to the point of friends and family asking what skincare products I use and where do I go for my skincare treatments. She did this by using amazing and effective products and diligent monthly facials that consisted of extractions, microderm, bacterial treatments, peels, masks and healthy living advice. I have had several skin «emergencies» thoughout the years and if time permits, Kimmie will always fit me in and extract and treat. My skin has never looked better and there is hardly a trace left of any acne that I had. I now see Kimmie at her own spa, Kimberley K Skincare, a lovely and serene little spa that makes me happy the moment I walk in the door. Kimmie is not only a skin care expert, she is a beautiful human being and I am grateful to know her.

I’ve been seeing Kimberley for my monthly facials for years now and can honestly say I would never consider going to anyone else. Kimberley knows exactly what my skin needs each month and will customize my facial accordingly. My skin glows after each visit. Her custom skincare line that she now sells at her La Jolla location is amazing. Love using the products. Also love her La Jolla space. She’s created such a lovely spot. So relaxing. I have been going to Kimmie for my facials for about 6 years now. I seriously couldn’t imagine going to anyone else. When I first started going to her I would book a facial every few months. Over the last 3 years I have gone in on a monthly basis and my skin appearance has greatly improved. Aside from her professional demeanor and talent she is seriously a beautiful soul. There are some people in this world that just have a good aura about them and she is definitely one of them. Every appointment I leave feeling so relaxed.

Last week I had a facial by Kimmie and lash extensions by Holly.
I have been seeing Kimmie for about 8 years and it is my sincere belief that she I responsible for keeping me looking youthful. I had a facial on Monday and the first person I saw on Tuesday morning (a client I see every 4 weeks) said «Oh my gosh, your skin looks amazing, it is glowing like Taylor Swift.» I’m 42, so when someone says I look like I could be in my 20’s, I’ll take it! All that is cool, but the best part is now that I have fab skin, I don’t need to wear as much make up so my morning routine is a breeze.
As a girlie girl, and professional hairdresser, I love make up and skin care. I follow Kimmie’s direction on what to use on my skin, and just because there is a new, trendy product on the market doesn’t mean it is right for me. She studies constantly and it is her passion to be in the know and on the cutting edge of skin care technology. That’s why I just let her do her thing. I never tell her I need a peel or a microdermabrasion or whatever. I don’t tell the dentist how to clean my teeth, I don’t tell the mechanic how to fix my car and I don’t tell Kimmie how to do my skin!
I also had lash extension fill by Holly and they look the best ever! This is not a process that I love but the results are worth it. It adds enough drama to my eyes that I don’t really need to do anything else to them except a little concealer. So coupled with my bright skin, means quick and easy mornings. Holly has a great eye in making the lashes look dramatic yet natural. She gave me the perfect «cat eye» effect, which I have been asking other lash ladies for but they fell flat. I was a bit jumpy, which is normal for me, and she waved a bit of lavender oil to calm me which work like a charm. That’s a pro move.
Elegant décor, good location for parking, I love my Vitamoist moisturizer, I had lunch at the little coffee shop next door. Kimberley K is my new obsession!

Kimmie is amazing. I totally recommend her. LOVE her. My skin looks absolutely fabulous because of her. I have been going to Kimmie for several years and she is always professional and personable. Her calm soothing personality makes it very enjoyable and relaxing. You can’t go wrong seeing Kimmie. I have referred all my friends to see her.
