Parking is a HUGE hassle. I had an appointment and still had to wait extraordinarily long. The receptionist just yells out that the wait time is at least 45 minutes. Everyone in the lobby sits around looking completely miserable. Do not recommend.

What a great experience for a lab. I went in the morning with no appointment for a blood draw. I only had to wait for maybe 20 min to get called back. Which seems most rare for a walk in at any lab. I am always very nervous with needles, nurses tend to have issues finding my veins. I came in prepared for several pokes before finding the right spot. The nurse I had was having trouble finding my vein, so I pointed out that my left arm is usually easier. She listen and looked. She found it right away on the left and was very quick about the blood draw. I have never had such an easy appointment involving needles. This will be the only lab I go to from now on.

The wait times in the morning are at about an hour so be prepared if you don’t have an appointment. Other than that the staff are reasonably friendly and do their job quickly and effectively.
