Lindsay was great. After a thorough consultation, she gave me a great cut and was really meticulous – making sure I was satisfied with the end result. I’ll definitely be visiting her again for future haircuts and new color.

I really wanted to give Lindsay 5 stars because of how sweet she was and kind to me in the salon, but unfortunately the work she did only deserves 2 stars.
I purchased a Groupon with Lindsay for full color with a deep conditioning treatment and a haircut. I was able to text her, which is very convenient, to schedule my appointment and she had the exact day and time I wanted. I arrived with many pictures of the colors and cut that I wanted. She got started right away and even brought me a mimosa, the experience was great. I was hoping for a warm brown/​red and a trim with a few light layers. The color was good, slightly more brown than red, but I still left happy with the color. The cut I did not like, the layers are not even on both sides of where I part my hair.
The main issue I had was within 3 days, the color completely faded out. As soon as I began styling it the color became lighter and lighter every time. My hair appointment was on a Saturday and by the following Wednesday when I washed it for the first time, the color was completely back to my natural color. I immediately contacted Lindsay hoping she could redo it. I sent a before picture and after, showed her zoomed in pictures of the grey hairs that reemerged once the color faded, sent lots of info of the shampoo and products I had used, etc. Lindsay’s response was «I don’t know why it would change. The only reason would be if you are not using color safe shampoo or it’s not sulfate free.» I again sent her more info, and she stopped replying.
It is always a risk when using Groupons for beauty which is something you have to expect to an extent. However color should not fade in 3 days, haircuts should be even, and stylist should get back to their clients. For that reason I can only give Lindsay 2 stars and suggest to take your business elsewhere.

I went to Lindsay for a red balayage and I was blown away. First off she is the sweetest person and made the whole experience that much more enjoyable. When I first went in we were under a time constraint. So we weren’t able to bleach my thick, course, black hair long enough to get a good amount of color out. However, we got a light tint of red in my hair and Lindsay immediately told me to come back without an extra charge and we would work more on it. Once I came back, we were able to get my hair to the exact red I wanted. She also gave me an amazing v-​shaped hair cut with long layers. I absolutely love how eager Lindsay was to get my hair just how I wanted it. She took her work extremely seriously but made me feel like I was hanging out with a friend. I would absolutely recommend Lindsay to my friends and will definitely be going back.

I went to Lindsay for a cut, deep conditioning and partial highlight. I like thin foils, and they are a lot more work than chunky highlights. Lindsay did a great job, and my highlights look natural and the cut was great too! I will be going back!

I had a groupon for Keratin Hair Straightening and Hair Cut and went to see Lindsay. What a terrific job she did! She was extremely personable and really knew what she was doing. My hair feels and looks amazing. What a great «find». Will definitely be going back.

Lindsay is really nice and a good colorist. And she gave me a blow out of my long, thick curly hair which is always a treat. I only gave three stars because when I booked my service online it showed the price. When I went to pay, it was $ 15 more than what I booked. If I had picked the wrong type of color service I feel like I should have been told this right up front when I checked in. I don’t like to be surprised at check out. Also, I left with color on my forehead which is never a good look. I’m still deciding if I’ll go back.

Wow! I was just walking by the Salon while vacationing in La Jolla and happened to stop in to see if someone could do something with my horrible roots. Lindsay happened to be available and immediately got to work on my hair. The cut and color are amazing. She put in three different colors of blonde and the results were amazing. I will definitely be back next time I am in town!

My normal stylist was out of town last weekend so I went to Lindsay who did my cut and color and it was amazing! Not to mention the massage after was a HUGE bonus! I will definitely be coming back! She was lovely :)
