I hired this company to manage my rental property as a friend of a friend was trying to drum up business. What I encountered was maybe the fault of the property manager and maybe the fault of the fact that my property ended up needing more maintenance than usual — it was a difficult road for all involved. I consistently needed to follow up with questions of — so did this get done? How is the tenant? What I did NOT expect was that come time for me to list the property for sale, that going with a different agent was so revolting that it turned into a Jerry Springer episode where, literally (I couldn’t make this up) I was called «a piece of shit» by the property manager and it was suggested that «the next time I fuck him, I bother to kiss him» during his tantrum over not being named the listing agent after months of constantly following up with him to find out what’s going on. Dude didn’t even realize till 4 days after I sent the email naming someone else as the listing agent that he wouldn’t be the listing agent and responded with abusive language. Hence, my reasoning for not using the listing agent (I constantly had to follow up with blanks in timing). He then suggested he’d been managing my property for free (despite the payment made) and blamed the client (me) for how much work went into it – and it was further suggested that the additional work was taken upon the property manager with a victim mentality (to which I suggested they should’ve renegotiated, but never did) ‘Nuff said? The abusive language was enough for me to fire the company and where I might have had nice things to say, I don’t anymore.
I doubt this review is indicative of the entire company, however, with abuse like this lingering, perhaps the company itself should reevaluate.

Justin is a true Real Estate professional, he will treat you like a person and put your needs first. He will be honest with any of your Real Estate or financial questions you may have.
