I love the quality and selection of threads here, but the service is frequently condescending. It would be a lot better if they were more business-like and professionally friendly. A little bit of «hello, may I help you?» and «thank you for coming, have a nice day» goes a long way.
Somehow it always seems that they are doing the customer a favor.
Wish it would change.

So in addition to ripping me off, they are now harassing me about leaving bad reviews about them. Beverly called me this morning just to tell me how ‘unhappy she was with my public bashing of them.’ Her words. I told her if that is all she was calling me about I was hanging up. She then proceeded to tell me to hang up cuz she was hanging up as well and the she did. Unbelievable.
Interesting that it took them this long to notice the bad reviews I posted about a month ago.

I recently started knitting so the «needle» part clued me in to being potentially a spot for my hobby. Wrong. It’s a cross stitch (don’t know if that’s the appropriate title for it) place which looks like it is a hit with the elderly ladies on weekend days. The store is large, big table for socializing and needlin’, and the selection looks pretty vast for a trade I do not know. The lady who helped us seemed relatively nice although a vibe of «what are you doing in here?» was conveyed like a Pretty Woman scene. Shake it off, it’s La Jolla I guess.

I am surprised that this place does not have any reviews, BUT I am also honored & excited to be the first to review it! Wow, this better be good.
There are few things in life that I feel I am challenged with, and I would have to say Crafts makes the number 1 spot on that list. «Lets just say I am way more comfortable at Home depot than I am at a store like Needle Nook)
I needed some help on a project that I am working on for an upcoming Bachelorette party, and the employee was very helpful not only helping me find what I need but also explaining to me how to go about doing it to save me TONS of time. I am very thankful for all the help.
