I have been seeing Dr. Pavlov for over 9 years. He is pleasant, honest and professional. In addition, he does impeccable work. I’ve had two specialists complement his work. I recommend him!

Im going to try another dentist… Pavlov is alright, and it’s always pain free, but something is just a bit weird about this place… I got tired of driving to North Park for my old and very loved Dr. Landau. I miss him! Going to try another dentist just because… it’s a little weird.

Had crowns done with Pavlov after a family recommendation I have now been back for the 3rd time to correct the color matching that they didn’t get right the first 2 times(first time too dark, second time too white) and now wants to charge for it(but it’s ok we’ll give you discount) I’m not paying for a third bad experience. With the second round it was made wider than the others and has no bite to it. He also doesn’t listen to what you’ve asked him about and down plays your concerns. Don’t bother going here…

Avoid Nick Pavlov if you want to see a dentist or value your teeth. He did not go to a dental school in the US. He attempts to sell you unnecessary products or services and gives vague reasons for his recommendations. He, or his assistants, will say you grind your teeth and need a NightGuard($ 300 for a $ 2 mouthguard). They also will refuse to do a standard cleaning and say you need perio scale and root planing. Most dentists at least check pockets and need to see a sign of periodontal disease before recommending this invasive procedure. All other dentist I’ve seen say my gums are great, this guy will take your money and leave you bleeding.
