Consistent rock star at the Hillcrest farmer’s market – my mom still talks about the salmon burger we shared when she visited 3 months ago. She’ll be back next month and I know I won’t hear the end of it if we go sans salmon!
The vendors are friendly and not forceful and sell high quality products and they do for salmon what Bubba did for shrimp in Forrest Gump: they have salmon burgers, salmon chowder, salmon spread, salmon… etc etc.
And their name is Omega Me Well! It doesn’t quite make sense – I will always prefer Jamaica Me Crazy – but I appreciate the effort!
