Exceptional service from provider and the young lady at the front desk. However, the person that completed my xrays during my initial consultation could work on her customer service skills. Aside from that, I received a call from Dr. Pastor personally on the night after my treatment. Additionally, a letter in the mail thanking me for choosing their office for my dental needs. Definitely recommend!

Simply AMAZING dental experience!!! I was referred to Dr. Pastor with an infected tooth. It took three visits in order to be able to complete my root canal. Each visit was very professional and he had an amazing ability to numb up my mouth without the shots/​medication causing pain. It was impressive and put me at ease immediately. I am grateful for his office’s staff attitude and caring. Thank you again!

I woke up to tremndous pain, had to have an emergency dental visit, they brought me to Dr Pastor, and within an hour the root canal was done, and the pain was gone. He tried to fix a botch job my past dentist caused.

Got my first (and hopefully last!) root canal from Dr. Pastor this week. He was patient and answered my questions and put me at ease since I was very nervous about the whole procedure.
I was a little nervous that he hardly had any reviews on Unilocal,but since my dentist referred me to him, and he was covered by my dental insurance, I thought why not.
The whole procedure only took 2 hours, and I felt no pain during or after the procedure.
If I had to get another root canal I would go to him. The only downside is that his equipment did seem a little on the older side and his office is not as fancy as some other dental offices I’ve been to in La Jolla. But there is no wait and it was easy to schedule an appointment with him, and I have no more pain, so I think he did a good job.
