This store has amazing customer service. I was visiting from DC and bought a few shirts but one was the wrong size. I got in touch with the quicksilver corporate who were unable to help me get a new size. I contacted the store, shipped them the shirt, and they quickly mailed me a new one. Alycia was very understanding and nice. Thank you so much guys! 5 stars!

I love coming here when I visit San Diego. I usually come after Christmas and they have great sales! The sale items usually include summer clothing, bikinis, and workout gear. It’s perfect if you live in a place where it’s always warm or don’t mind waiting until summer to use your stuff. They also had some other men’s sale items on the Quicksilver side, which is connected to the Roxy store. The average price for sale bikini tops and bottoms were about $ 15 and the workout pants were about $ 20. I bought 6 bikini tops, 3 bikini bottoms, a purse, 2 workout leggings, and 2 workout tops for under $ 200. Other than the sale items, the store is like a regular Roxy/Quicksilver store. It was nice and everything was neat. The only thing I would have to say is that it smelt like sewer when you first walked into the store. Overall, I love coming here to shop their sales, and will be back every year to go shopping :)

Love roxy swim wear and beach fashion. They have a good selection and good sales but their customer service was lacking. I got their survival kit which was any 2 pieces of swimwear, 1 dress, 1 sandal, and 1 free tote all for $ 99. I literally saved $ 75(my tip said $ 70 but I forgot to count the free tote). They had a great selection of swimwear and sandals. Dresses were OK. I was also tempted by many of their hats and cover ups. Customer service was not friendly at all. If I asked to see something they just silently(perhaps even begrudgingly) handed me the item. They did not say thank you for my purchase or any of the other usual pleasantries. However, if I had questions they answered it. They rang me up silently, and all seemed like they didn’t really want to be there. I should mention that it was close to closing so they probably mentally checked out for the night. Still some basic friendliness is always appreciated. However, they weren’t necessarily rude, I got my purchase efficiently, and got an awesome deal so I’m happy and would go back to the check out sales and promotions.
