I am not qualified to discuss Dr. Kulhanek’s medical ability, but his administrative support is abysmal. On my last yearly check up, I wanted to set up an appointment and needed a prescription refill. I asked for a paper prescription, but was told the staff would send it in. Six calls later, they mailed me a prescription. I also wanted to schedule an appointment, but was told the office would contact me. As I was running out of prescription(one year later) I called for an appointment. After holding for 12 minutes, I was transferred to the appointment person, where, of course, the best I could do was leave a message asking for an appointment.(they will not renew a prescription without a check up). After 4 weeks, I called again, but instead of asking for an appointment, I asked for the prescription person. This person promised to send out a prescription before noon. Later that day, they called back and said I needed an appointment and would transfer me to the appointment person. After holding for awhile, I got an appointment, but apparently I am more medically qualified than the admin staff and explained that I need lab work prior to the appointment. I told the admin people where to send the lab request and I promised to get the lab work done the following day. They assured me that they would send in the labs request right away. As to no great surprise, the lab request was not sent in and I had to wait at the lab for the doctor’s staff to send it in. When I arrived, there was no one at the front desk and eventually some one showed up. I get called up for my appointment, and had the pleasure of waiting in a cold exam room for 25 minutes to see the Dr.‘s PA. Not great
