Well, the moonwalk, table and chairs were fine. They set the moonwalk up but didn’t set up the table and chairs. Whatever, okay fine. I had to spray the tables and chairs down with bleach because they weren’t clean whatsoever. Well, I had a canopy set up also. It was very windy outside and they didn’t but the stakes down the canopy so it blew all over the yard. I called the business back and the manager or owner was very apologetic and concerned. But because the owner/​manager handled my situation properly, I will most likely rent from them again. Not bad

I reserved a moonwalk to be delivered Sunday at 10am, two hours before my son’s birthday party. I received a phone call from Rock the House at 9:45am telling me they would be about an hour late because they were having issues at another drop off. So, I called back at 10:45 to make sure everything was on schedule, cause my party was at noon. They told me it would be another 30 – 45 minutes before they got there. Rock tha House did not show up to deliver the moonwalk until 11:55am (5 minutes before my party). The driver that delivered said they had problems with the truck over heating. When I was told at 9:45 that they were late because of another delivery. The moonwalk was also dirty and had holes in the netting. DO NOT recommend this company and will NEVER use them again.
