I am so happy I chose this wonderful business to work on my computer after my hard drive died. They were incredibly customer-service oriented, explained the problem with regular language, were quick, efficient and prompt in returning calls. This is my go-to place from now on.

We were at their office/shop for our desktop computer problem yesterday 10/19/2015. After an hour they called us that there was no problem with our computer and advise us to pick it up. it was already 6 pm, they close at six but they waited for us for 30 minutes. They are very professional. To top it they did not charge us for the service and the inconveniences we did. That’s what we call super, thanks. We will surely promote your business to our circle of friends

BitLogic was absolutely wonderful!!! Great customer service and very fast service. I brought my Apple laptop in after spilling liquid on the keyboard, I didn’t think it could be fixed but it’s working better than before. Not only did they do a fantastic job on my computer but they also worked with me and my special needs child to make it easy for me to pick up and drop off :)

I have known Nathanael for over 10 years and he is an extremely competent IT professional. He is great at troubleshooting the issue, explaining your options and then fixing the issue. He has worked on my computer and resolved several issues. I have full confidence is his abilities.

Nathanael from BItLogic has been fixing things wrong with my computers and other technology for years! It doesn’t matter if it is a Mac, PC, printer or what… he is the best problem-solver and always figures out a solution. The thing I really appreciate, is after diagnosing the problem, he will tell you ALL the ways to fix it with pros and cons for each solution along with accurate details about exactly what part must be replaced or what the best and cheapest software would be to clean it up without paying through the nose. He is also great and explaning and telling you why the problem occured in the first place so you become a more knowledgeable user. So about two years ago, after knowing his was the opinion I trusted most, I took him my 6-year old PC laptop which had the blue screen of death. It would not boot Windows. I was in a panic because ALL my files(I am a teacher) for the last 10 years were on that thing and(stupidly) not backed up. He spent an hour taking it apart and assessing whether it could be saved. When he said it could not, I trusted his judgement and knew it was time to get a new computer, because my past experience had shown me that if there was ANYTHING that could be done, he would have done it! The miraculous thing, though, is that even the though the machine would not even turn on or boot, he found a way to save ALL of my files and pictures and back them up! He even helped me look for a new computer based on my needs and transferred all the files over to my new Macbook Air. I honestly don’t know how he did it, but I am so grateful! The office is easy to find in a business suite and the customer service is great! His wife Tori is the sweetest receptionist and makes me feel welcome every time I see her. You have got to check this place out. I swear, I won’t take my computer anywhere else but to him.

I have been taking my computers to Nathanael for years. He is amazing and I would not even consider taking my computers anywhere else. I would highly recommend his services. He is very friendly, knowledgeable and able to comprehend my «non-techy» descriptions of my computer problems.

Yesterday, I took my new laptop into BitLogic as I am not very computer savvy. Thank goodness I chose this company because both Tori and Nathanael were so nice and kind to me. I put myself, and my computer into their able hands and went away completely satisfied. Not only did Nathanael update my laptop but he showed me how I could use Google Docs both online and offline. And, he showed me how to share with my clients without compromising my product. They take the time to listen to your concerns and are truly motivated to finding solutions. Awesome experience!
