Blo Blow Dry Bar

Had my first experience with Blo dry bar this past weekend. We were gonna be going downtown for my hubby’s birthday so figured I would spoil myself with a blow out.
Kylee was my stylist and she was so pleasant and fun to talk to.
The staff makes you feel so comfortable and you can’t beat the complimentary glass of champagne!
Only thing I was disappointed was the longevity of the waves. By the time I got home, my hair was no longer wavy. Maybe next time use more product or something that will help hold the style.

Got my hair done by Bethany at Blo this morning. She was very versatile and didn’t make me pick a style, all I had to do was show her what I wanted and bam it was done. Great scalp massage during the wash and only took about an hour (normally about 45 mins but I have extremely long hair). She worked with my hair beautifully and gave me exactly what I wanted! This was my first experience at a dry bar but I will definitely be back again!

Very nice pleasant experience. My hair looked great after my service and my hair lasted. Got many complements. I hope they will do well. They all seemed very customer service oriented and hard working. Enjoyed it!

My wife loves this place. She won’t stop talking about it. Great people at the counter and throughout the shop. I now know what to get her for every holiday. Thank you ladies for making my wife’s day great.

Very nice and clean environment. Stylist was really professional and sweet. Washed my hair afterwards and it was burnt and my curl pattern is ruined. Ive had a blow out before and have never experienced this. Most likely will not return.

Brenna did my hair at blo for the first time and I will definitely be going back! My hair looked great for 3 days which was well worth the price, which is low in my opinion! Super clean and super fun place to go have a girl’s beauty day!

I went on Friday for my first time. I was attending the Fire Mans Ball with my husband and they made me feel like a million bucks! Shelby did my eye makeup and added a little extra sass with natural looking eyelashes! Loved my hair and even had a cute style the next day! Highly recommend! Treat yourself to some pampering!

Love love love!!! First time in today and I can say I will definitely be back. Booked an appointment online, quick and easy to do. My hair looks amazing, one of the best blow outs i’ve had. My hairstylist (Brenda/​Briana? So sorry!) was great! She was easy to talk to, professional and quick! I have a lot of hair and usually it takes someone 1hr to an hr 15 to get through it and she did it in about 40 mins. Can’t wait to come back.

This place is incredible! I saw a groupon special for a blowout and they have 6 styles to choose from! I love the blo franchise concept and this place is awesome!
My hair looked incredible for only $ 25!!! (Normal price $ 40). Although La Mesa is kind of a drive from where I live, great deals are great deals and this place delivered!
You can choose from 6 blowout styles but the stylists are also flexible in making sure you’re happy with your result and will customize for you. I’ll be back!

Kenzie is amazing! I love the beachy waves she gave me. Megan is an incredible nail technician. She is truly an artist! Love this place!

From the moment I walked in everyone greeted me with a smile and a mimosa. This was my first blow out and loved every minute of it.
The products they use to wash your hair and hold the style smell like heaven. All the girls are super profession and make beautiful curls. Loved my curls for my Christmas party. I will definitely be back. Parking does suck, busy parking lot.

I made an appointment for their 2^nd day in business. The place is totally sleek and clean. All the employees were very sweet and friendly and the customers ahead of me were leaving with some amazing tresses. Bonus points for the sparkling wine and water! They have little books for you to pick one of their 7 styles, and a very relaxing shampoo (even without the extra purchase of an add-​on massage). They also do manicures and make up. I had my eyes done and they were fabulous! I loved my blowout, too, as I normally wear my hair naturally curly, so the style I chose with loose waves made me feel very glamorous. I got tons of compliments at the party I attended that night.
As it was only their 2^nd day open, they were still working out a few kinks with appointment and wait times, but the owner didn’t charge me for the blowout, just the makeup as an apology for the wait. Bonus points for awesome customer service! I’ll definitely be back. Note on parking: allow extra time to look for a space, as the shopping center shares space with a Ross, Hobby Lobby, Navy Federal Credit Union and a Walmart grocery, all popular businesses.
