We cannot say how much we value the services the Care Placement team provides. Thank you for helping us learn, understand and ultimately find Mom’s new home.
When Mom could no longer live alone we felt completely overwhelmed. Trying to investigate the options available, various locations & the difference between independent & assisted living was more than we could handle. Just getting past the idea of Mom living in a «home» was monumental & we didn’t know what to expect. Thankfully the people at Care Placement understood what we were faced with & were there to help us navigate the long list of unknowns.
Its not just about price, floor plans & activities. It’s understanding how they are licensed & staffed. What services are available & finding the right fit between your loved one & the community is something they excel at.
We had a meeting with Ken M. so he could understand Mom’s needs, likes/​dislikes, health situation etc. Ken gave us a list of possibilities to check out as well as answered all of our questions. When we needed to revise our search he got back to us right away with new info. We ultimately found a great new home for Mom.
Their follow-​up is great & we highly recommend them to anyone faced with this task.
