Chicken wrong. Asked for ranch only no balsamic. Had balsamic all over it. No ranch. Asked for juice for the kiddo. Got water. Her meal had 6 fries for a kids meal. Ridiculous establishment. Had to get our own napkins and silverware. Ask people for plates etc… Terrible service and it’s DEADINSIDE

Wow. This was an exceptional experience. Our server Brianna went above and beyond. VERY personable. Very accommodating. Patient, Fast, happy. The bartender made a delicious virgin blood orange drink that was phenominal. Very attentive service. We think the chefs may have actually pickled their own cucumbers for the southern smokehouse burger. Thats how good these pickles were. We will definitely be coming back.

Love going there for just a good ol burger or turkey sandwich and a nice cocktail! Cocktails are on the light side so you definitely aren’t going to get smashed! Staff friendly and I can say I have genuinely never had a bar experience here! We bring the family and everyone can get something they like! Good atmosphere!

Beyond ridculous. we stood there for 10 mins completely ignored. Two denales servers even looked at us said nothing. Nothing at all one server even went out of her way to avoid looking at us. I am very upset. Tonight was suppose to be a good celebration. And wow way to ruin it. We left and will never return if the service is that aweful to seat us. I am horrified of what the other quality of service would be.

Great location but I cannot get over the fact that they allow children to sit at the bar. Not just in the bar section. ATTHEBAR. Nothing against kids but they’ve just never had a place at bars. At least since I’ve been alive. Currently sitting next to a four year old girl that keeps pestering my boyfriend. Here is my original review from April 2016… Our server today was awesome. I think her name was Janae or Janel, I can’t remember. I just got the feeling she wanted to go the extra mile for us. When I was putting together my to go box, I was struggling to put the salsa from my leftovers inside so she brought us two extra salsa cups. Little things like that make all the difference. Food was pretty excellent to boot :)

We had a nice waiter, younger guy, I don’t remember his name, but he went a little out of his way to help us out. We got seated literally like 5 minutes before happy hour ended so he rushed over to make sure we got our drink orders in at happy hour prices. I ordered enchiladas but asked for no salsa in case there was jalapeños in it(I am allergic to jalapeños, I can only eat them if there are very small quantities mixed in with other things and even then my throat is likely to start itching) he came back and asked the chef(without me asking him to) if it was safe for me to have the enchiladas and informed me they actually marinate the chicken for the enchiladas in a sauce that does have jalapeños in it which I thought was cool of him to do. The food was fine, normal chili food, nothing out of the ordinary. They do not skimp you on the sour cream sauce for the chicken enchiladas which is a HUGE plus. I wanted saucey and they did not disappoint, it was coming off the side of my plate.

My friend and I went for lunch and the 2 for $ 20 deal they offer is great for people on a budget, like me. I ordered the Fajitas(pollo and carnitas, one of each). In my opinion there were too many onions. Other than that, it was delicious. The noise level was a little too high for me. Our waitstaff was friendly, personable and helpful.

Man Oh man, the fries. I have been a regular at Chili’s for years and while I enjoy most of the food, I noticed recently the french fries are gross. I think they are actually getting worst. The seasoning doesnt matter if the fries taste fake and bland and you chew them. I really think they should invest a new way to make their fries, maybe fresh cut. It seems every time I go, which is almost once or twice/quarter year, they always have new menu items. This would be exciting to see. This particular Chili’s is convenient to my complex. And the customer service seems to get better every time. My order: I ordered the lunch combo: chicken enchilada soup, two carnitas tacos w/fries. The soup was amazing, I love enchilada soup. The carnitas were seasoned perfectly. The only thing I felt like I was missing was a spice. And those fries(see above) All in all, Chili’s is a good place to visit, if you haven’t been and enjoy restaurant chains.

Hard to find a great burger after living up north and this place is pretty damn good. Lunch for two &20 dollars — drinks and more than enough food. Glad we gave this a second chance.

Chilis really captures kid’s attention with those game consoles. My mom drags me along when she brings my lil guy here. If I’m being completely honest, I’ve never seen the allure of Chilis. The food is mediocre, the drinks are weak and uninspired, and the tables/menus are often sticky. That being said, the one thing I can say is the service has consistently been good when we’ve been here. I’ve tried different things on the menu here and can’t say that I’ve found anything memorable. It’s not that I’d send it back, just nothing I’d order again either. I’ve also never tried dessert here either, so I can’t comment on that. One thing I have always wondered though, they serve fajitas and tacos, ect. Why is their ‘salsa’ so awful? It’s almost like someone purposefully took those plastic tasting grocery store tomatoes and crushed them into a bowl and called it salsa. It’s weird. You’d think they could try harder, maybe throw in some onions and cilantro, a freaking jalapeño. And the chips are like those weird grocery store ones, super thin. They charge for them. It makes me laugh because that salsa is so disgusting, I can’t imagine wanting to pay for that. Maybe if they could find their way to some locally sourced produce, then I might consider it. I do appreciate how hard the servers here work though, hence the three stars. They’re always cheerful and kind. Sometimes I see other customers being rude and I really feel for them, it’s got to be a tough job.

I walked here from Carl Burger(about 10 minutes) because I was waiting for my oil change to be finished. I went straight to the bar and received quick and efficient service. Our food was out quick, the waiter was attentive, and our meal was awesome. Unfortunately my car was done half an hour early and I had barely touched my food and drink. The waiter offered to pick up our food and give us to go drinks, which I didn’t even know they had. I was stoked. Great Chilis! I definitely recommend coming to this one.

My boyfriend and I came in for dinner because he hasn’t had Chili’s in a few years. When we arrived the parking was pretty full and there were a lot of people waiting(we did decide to go around 6pmish… so yay to dinner time rush!). We were lucky to only have 2 in our party so the wait was between 10 to 15 minutes long. The benches they have at the front for the customers to wait aren’t the most comfy, but if you need to sit you’ve got yourself a seat! The hostess was a bit busy when we walked in and had to wait a few minutes, but she told us about the wait time and got our name down. Now one of the main reasons I’m giving this place 4 stars is because of our server, Ms. Daryn, and the fact that my boyfriend enjoyed his food(my food was so-so and pretty much the same as any Chili’s I’ve been to prior to this restaurant). My boyfriend ordered the Texas Cheese Fries(which were pretty good at this location), a steak with broccoli and mashed potatoes and had a Molten Lava Cake for desert. I ordered the Crispy Cheddar Bites and a Mango iced tea(wasn’t very hungry around that time). My boyfriend’s steak came out pretty good and it was tender and juicy. The sides were nice and the Molten Lava Cake was amazing(gotta love that sweet tooth!). My Crispy Cheddar Bites were a bit more greasy than I thought they’d be and my tea tasted a bit watered down. Now our server, Daryn, was super sweet and was very attentive! She was taking care of multiple tables and I don’t believe any of us really had to wait much. She always made sure our drinks were filled and brought us everything we ordered. She always managed to smile and answered all our questions and explained a few things from the menu. She made the experience fun and enjoyable. So a big THANKYOU to Daryn! Overall, not a bad place to visit. They have their 2 for $ 20 deals or if you’d like to add some drinks of the alcoholic kind than 2 for $ 35 is the way to go! The food is decent and the wait time isn’t bad. So if you’re wanting to try the place out, I’d suggest coming in(hopefully not when their busy).

My wife and I like coming to this Chili’s because the service is good and the wait is never long. We love the 2 for $ 35 deal and always leave full. It’s close to our house and the rewards program is cool too.

Came here while visiting SD. My son had a basketball tournament out here. We thought we would come for the $ 9.99 all you can eat enchiladas. Our waitress was terrible so we were glad when she left and another guy took over, he was awesome. The enchiladas tasted like a frozen dinner. The were gross. Three of us ordered them and didnt even take advantage of the deal because we didnt finish the first ones they brought out. The accompanying beans and rice were o.k. My favorite was the black berry tea and chips & salsa. Chips were very fresh and hot and salsa had good flavor. Not impressed on this visit to Chilis.

Obviously Chillis is a chain restaurant, so I don’t expect that they are going to blow my mind with their culinary prowess. What I do expect is solid service and consistency in the food. I will say that there was nothing wrong with the service on my last visit but I wasn’t very impressed with the food. For starters, it seems that they’ve revamped their menu and are trying to a bit too fancy for their niche. I decided to stick with something simple and ordered the soup and salad combo. I’ve always been a big fan of their chicken enchilada soup, but it didn’t quite live up to the memory. The soup was a bit thinner than in the past, lacked some of the usual flavor, and seemed too salty for me. The salad was fine, but nothing great either. We did have the fried pickles as an appetizer, and those were a welcome addition for me.

I usually don’t come to Chili’s or Applebee’s because it’s really not me but I tried Chili’s and it wasn’t too bad. The servers that I had before are all pretty nice and very helpful. They have this little small lounge area /bar and then they have the regular restaurant part with a bunch of tables and booths. The location may be a little tricky to get into because its right on the corner. The prices are pretty good I definitely cannot complain about that and the food is pretty decent. I only been here a few times and never had any problems with the employees or the food so I will probably come back again. I like how they have a combo where you and someone else can share a meal for about $ 20. It seems like they always have some type of special which is great and probably brings a lot of people. Okay so Chili’s is not fine dining but the prices are right and the food is great. Chili’s has turned me into a believer and I will definitely come back.

Great atmosphere. I’ve been here several times before with family and friends. I’m always greeted at the door with a friendly smile. That’s good to see these days. They’re also great at handling large groups. I have a large family gatherings here and they’ve always went above and beyond. Absolutely love it here!
