Great for ear piercing. I wish I remembered the girls name who helped us out with my daughter. She was professional and knowledgable.

Had my daughter’s ears pierced here, and within a few weeks she started having a terrible allergic reaction to the«14K gold» piercing studs. Per the doc, gold is inert, so their earrings or the backs must not be right quality for piercing. Go somewhere else to get pierced!

I’ve been a fan of Claire’s since the early ‘80s. I got SO many rubber bangles back then. Black mostly but some packs of lots of colors. Even though they don’t have the cool ‘80s stuff anymore and they have way too much rhinestone bling, I’m still a fan. They always have some hidden treasures, even for old ladies like me. This time it was magnetic nail polish in the clearance bin. If it works, it will be the best thing I’ve found at Claire’s in 30 years. =] The staff were super nice, especially the lovely girl with the fantastic red hair.

I know Claire’s is supposed to be for the teeny boppers but hey, I like things that sparkle and glitter, too! I like to pop in here every so often just to see if they have a glitzy nail color or wild steering wheel cover or hair decoration or whatever I might like. They always have items that are lavender and purple, too! They have pretty good sales but their regular prices are somewhat high for the quality of trinkets they sell.
