Clean Giant Agency

We found these great folk from a referral, and we could not be happier. We have had the pleasure of working with numerous cleaning agencies, but these folk do take the cake, and the frosting, too. Always cheerful, and always professional and they clean like Pros! Which they are.
We will always come back to Clean Giant of La Mesa. They ARE TOPS in our book!!!

Ugh, where to start. I highly discourage anyone from relying on these people for cleaning your home. We booked Clean Giant Agency over a month in advance to clean our home for new tenants that were moving in. We followed up with them two days before our appointment to confirm that Clean Giant would be coming out on the scheduled date, and they confirmed. Well, on the day they were supposed to show up, nobody did — and we didn’t even get a phone call. After waiting around for an hour, we finally called them only to be told by Vicki, «Oh sorry, hon — I changed your date to Saturday.» So they changed our appointment date without confirming it with us, then didn’t event bother to call us to tell us it was changed. Unfortunately for us, the date that Vicki changed our appointment to was after our new tenants moved in. After much wrangling, they agreed to send two cleaners out on the day of the original appointment, so I give them credit for fixing their screw up in that regard. Unfortunately, since they arrived so late, I wasn’t able to be there and check on their work. Long story short: they totally sucked. We agreed to a 4-​hour cleaning session, and I got an email from our new tenants telling us that the floors weren’t mopped, one of the rooms wasn’t vacuumed and none of the windows cleaned. Wha?!? In 4 hours they didn’t even get to mopping the floors or vacuuming the one room that needed vacuuming for an average 2300 square foot home?!? I ended up crediting our renters $ 300 because they ended doing most of the cleaning themselves on their move-​in date.
Don’t rely on Clean Giant Agency. At least in my one experience with them, they proved to be unreliable and, assuming they show up, they do a very shoddy job.
