I nust went to order the Deluxe Breakfast platter and guess what THEYDONOTSERVEITNOW(12:24pm) dispite their ads all over TVRADIOANDRIGHTON THiS LOCATION stating Breakfast ALLDAY… Ridiculous if you’re not going to do what you advertise DONOTADVERTISEIT! I am going to Jack in the Box from now on NEVERHAVEANY issue with them! They actually serve what’s on their menu…

Dude. Talk about horrible service and lack of people skills ! I come here for my coffee before work and it always takes longer than it should(5 – 10 min) in a drive thru line ! & did I mention the poor communication skills? Today was the day I decided to pay more for better service at Starbucks.

The drive through attendant was not attentive. She assist three other vehicles before attending to us. When we placed or order we had to repeat ourselves multiple times in order for her to get it right, which she never did. We ordered two pies and she charged us for six. We asked for a receipt and she ignored us. She handed my wife a sundae which the employee almost dropped out if the drive through window. We sat at the window for four minutes waiting for the rest of our order, and a different employee asked us in a condescending way,“what are you waiting for?” We told her and she left. Next thing we know our second bag is being tossed out the drive through window. If I see that Rachael berry looking stupid, basic, bitch. I will let her know as well.

We have stopped here a couple of times over the last 4 years and every time I instantly regret it. They r slow, mess up orders, take forever, burn food and some how is almost always cold, and employees seem to never have a clue.

Horrible customer service. Went inside for a sweet tea and waited for what seemed like an eternity, no one even acknowledged us saying just a moment etc and the staff was right there the whole time. Finally they came up asking what we wanted? No apology for the wait or anything. Finally the girl came back and said here and walked off without even so much as a thank you. Great business model you have here.

I wish Unilocal had the option to give no stars. I’m not necessarily a fan on McDonald’s but ever so often I get a craving. Me and my boyfriend took a trip just for that reason. Unfortunately as soon as I got to the speaker to order, a girl mumbled something and I just said no thanks out of habit. Then I proceed to order what I wanted just to hear a «huh» «what». No one here speaks or understands English. Then another girl came on who took our order but then told us a different total than what was on the screen. From the time we placed our order to actually receiving just the two mcflurry’s we ordered, it was 13 minutes of waiting. While at the window, we watched the so called manager get dressed in open view behind the counter. When he came close to the window, I thought to just ask how much longer since we had been waiting ten minutes. He didn’t even look at me and said«oh it’s right here. Three cheeseburgers correct?» I just laughed. «No, two mcflurry’s.» A girl then ran to the window and said here. No one apologized for the wait or the lack of service. It’s unfortunate. Save yourself the hassle and just use the extra gas to go somewhere else if needed. Worst experience.

Terrible service extremely slow. A manager took our order and was very rude snapping next person then leaving us hanging waiting at the register while she left to do something else and when she returned she snapped next person at us again. Once she took our order she didn’t give us the cups for our drinks and when the order was ready I had to argue with her because she said we already had our drinks. Horrible management, no customer service.

Yesterday I bought four peeve sandwiches, two chicken sandwiches, large fries, and also two soda. Then, the amount was not bad, but when I told him gave a coupe of raunch, he told me” it’s 15 cents for raunch” when I told him why it’s 15 I know it’s free, he had no answer. And also the service was very slow, probably I waited more than 15 minutes to get my order done.

It is my biggest pet peeve when you order something a certain way– in my case plain– and when they mess it up and you bring it back and they roll their eyes at you or argue with you. First off I know how I ordered my food. Secondly. Even if I did screw something up– the beauty of customer service is you just fix it and keep your mouth shut. After I ate my burger that was made begrudgingly by the staff I got to eat some frozen fries too. I get this is McDonald’s and not the four seasons but you could try a little harder.

So this is a McDonald’s, no surprises. Everybody seems to be unhappy with this location, but I have never had a problem. It’s been renovated and the staff got my order correct and quickly. Can’t ask for much more.

I have never done a review on Mc Donalds, but this time i had to. Usually when i eat at Mc Donalds its not too bad, but this time was the most disgusting experience in my life. My team and i came after winning a golf match and figured we would come to Mc Donalds just for fun and for something quick. We bought the $ 15 value pack that comes with chicken sandwiches, cheeseburgers and chicken nuggets. When i took a bite out of the chicken nuggets, i wanted to throw up. The whole thing was not fully cooked. It’s like i bit into a ball of glue, it was soggy and sticky. It was the most disgusting thing that has ever happened to me. For the rest of the night i felt sick. Thank you Mc Donalds for reminding me why i should never eat junk food ever again.

It’s pretty dang sad that I’m reviewing a McDonald’s… but, I have to do it! I’ve been to hundreds of McDonald’s(obviously, it’s impossible NOT to when you live in ‘Merica *FISTPUMP*) and I just can’t believe how terrible and awful the service is here… From blank zombie stares from the crew/management(specifically a woman manager) at the drive thru window… to incorrect orders, or ordering a large fry and getting medium size worth of fries in there… or having at least ONE item always missing… I can forgive a simple mistake, once or twice… Hey, a third time is cool, just apologize and make it right, I’ll get over it… but when it’s now the expectation and I have to be the annoying customer who sifts through his bag at the drive thru, holding up traffic, to make sure everything is there… and STILL come up short; then hey, you’re just asking for a bad review. Now don’t get me wrong, not everyone at this location(employee wise) is a knuckle head, but I’d say 98% is… with the exception of this adorable girl with braces who looks UH-Mazing in them(I’ve told her) and knows her stuff; she’s the 2% brains there… and I exclude her from this bad review! On a side note, I had a manager woman probably closer to her 50’s come back at me through the window with my card in hand and merely mutters«It’s not working…» I replied with a, «What do you mean it’s not working? My card, the terminal? Which one?» She then stared at me with a blank stare as if English were a forgein language and closed the window on me… I had no idea what was happening and meanwhile… My food is in her hand, getting cold as a couple minutes went by wtih no resolve… Finally her terminal(merchant processor) works and my charge goes through… all the while, there’s about 4 cars behind me who I’m sure are going to get cold food as well… There’s this thing called customer service… your terminal isn’t working? Not my problem, don’t have me sit for 5 minutes on top of the 10 minutes I already spent waiting on the order; I set time aside in my morning before work to get food and I’m now wasting time waiting on a $ 4.59 order; I’m not asking for a free order, but I’d like an explanation or a simple, «I’m sorry, my terminal isn’t working it’ll just be a few minutes…» NOT A, «ITISN’T WORKING» and CLOSE the sliding window in my face… This location is in desperate need of a customer service make over… and I wasn’t surprised to see how awful the reviews already were on this place… This location s-u-c-k-s!

This McDonald’s is always slow. The drive-thru takes forever especially if you want to order french fries with your meal. Who doesn’t want fries at McDonald’s? Every time I drive through and order fries I’m in the drive-thru for a minimum of 10 minutes. The food, however, is consistent and relatively fresh almost always. The employees at this location never seem happy but they never seem mad they’re very monotone.

Don’t. Do. It. Half of the employees don’t understand a lick of english at this location. I love the diversity we have in cultures here in San Diego, but seriously? I don’t know anything other than english. The service is always beyond horrible here, and the managers seriously need to learn what it means to be a manager. I’ve NEVER once had a person at this location smile or say, «thank you,» or ANYTHINGEVER. I’m always the one with the smile. That is not how it is supposed to be. The only reason I will ever go back is if my boyfriend decides he wants to take a chance on this retched McDonald’s. I get it– it’s fast food. They hire young, inexperienced people as their first job. But even the older people who I’ve seen working there for years still have no idea what they are doing. I just think it’s great that the only time people write reviews about McDonald’s restaurants is because the service and/or food is terrible. I’ll be sure to give it more stars if they are ever able to change my mind. Doubt it though.

I stopped by here for breakfast. It was one of the rare times I didn’t make a protein shake for breakfast at home, and I needed the most important meal of the day(breakfast) before I hit the gym next door. Service was a little slow but I got by on my Egg McMuffin and coffee.
