If you are looking for the bargain shop with a bunch of people that don’t know anything about plants, then don’t bother to go here, go to home depot. But, if you would like to see what a master gardener did to turn her passion into a fun side business, then you should check out Perinnial Adventure. This is a private garden business at the owner’s estate on mt. helix. It is quite lovely and she has a number of perinneals for sale that are hard to find. She also has planted her whole estate too which is terrific as you can see what the plants will look like when full grown. The grounds are spectacular and her knowledge is vast. She also does consulting. Regular hours are Thursday — Saturday 1 — 4. Call first to see if she’s there and open for business.
