Royalty Jewelers

This is a small, three display case shop that is inside the entrance if Vons. I just had a frustrating experience here that will end my patronage. I have stopped here before to have them replace batteries in the past and have purchased a couple of items as gifts. I never liked giving them my business but the convenience excused the poor customer service that I’ve received.
Today, on the way out of Vons, I stopped by the counter to see if they had a watch band to replace my broken one. My watch was not with me. When I asked the person that was tending the counter if they had any watch bands, he asked if I knew what size I needed. I replied that I did not but would be able to figure it out if I could see his selection. He proceeded to tell me that there are many different sizes and it’s very important to get the right one. I asked him if he could just please show me what he had so that I could pick one. He started a new sentence that wasn’t accompanied by him producing his selection, I just turned around and walked away (very frustrated). It’s as if he didn’t want to sell me a watch band, and he didn’t.
