I had such a great experience everyone was so nice. I scheduled my appointment online and got a phone call back from Samantha almost immediately. She was very helpful and extremely patient made me feel so comfortable. Samantha did such an amazing job on my hair it came out perfect just like I wanted it. I would definitely recommend her.

This place is amazing! It’s clean and the staff is friendly. Marin is the best! I came in for a drastic change on my hair and she made me feel so comfortable with my decision. She talked to me the whole time there was never a dull moment with Marin. Her vibe was fantastic and not to mention her work is fantastic as well. I love my haircut I keep getting compliments left and right! I’m so glad I found Marin she is my go to hairstylist now!

My hair was in desperate need of cut and color! I’m Never disappointed when Monica Pacheco colors and cuts my hair, she is the absolute BEST at what she does. With over 20 years of experience fine tuning her craft, she is one of the best in the business. You will not be disappointed!!! The location also has plenty of parking and very convenient!

Desirae has been doing my hair for years now and I am so happy with her work. I always like to try something new, short, long, bangs, turquoise, purple, black… every crazy combination I have desired, she has accomplished with ease. The diversity of her talent impresses me every time. Beyond being good at what she does, she is always a joy to visit with. As always, I am looking forward to my next appointment. Trying a new salon for the first time is always kinda scary. Butttt not when you meet Laura Aceto. She rocked my hair! Went from boring to Diva. It’s a beautiful cut and an amazing color. It’s exactly what I asked for! Call her soon and book that appointment! She pays such great attention to what you want and pays attention to details!

Gloria is amazing. she has been in busines 35+ years, she has been my stylist for 15 of those years. I bring her a picture of what I want and she Copies it. She never disapoints me She so artistic and always on top of all the currenrt styles. she has a wonderful sence of hummer and is very funny. I always say come for the hair and delight in the intertainment !!!

Thank you Laura! I’m so happy with my new haircut and color. I hadn’t cut or colored my hair in about a year to grow it out more. I was also a little afraid of cutting it and trying an ombré as I’ve never had one til now. Laura made me feel so comfortable in the process and her confidence and skill are exactly what one wants in a stylist.
Laura did an excellent job giving me a red into blonde ombré. I love the colors she helped me choose; as a natural redhead she coordinated the colors to compliment my complexion. I’m really happy with how pretty my hair looks now.

Laura Aceto is by far the best hair stylist I have ever had. Happily for California residents, she is now out there working her magic, and I am forlorn in Connecticut not knowing what to do. She has cut my hair for the last four years. She colored my hair ombré, and it was natural look that grew out beautifully. She works with all sorts of clients, the brave, as well as those who are more conservative (like me). She listens to her clients carefully and offers great advice. It was bitter sweet when she did my hair for the last time – it was my wedding. We only knew each other through the salon, but we were crying. She is not only a great stylist, but a great confidante as well. Try her and you’ll never regret it!

Had a WONDERFUL experience with Janan this morning! She apologized for my first visit and offered to have me come in so she could fix my hair. She was very knowledgable and knew how to go in and fix the mistakes and correct the color to the tone I was looking for. After making my hair look amazing, she went above and beyond by offering me their entire product line for free, AND a gc for my next visit. I’m extremely thankful and appreciative for everything she did. She managed to turn a bad experience into an even better experience than I could have hoped for. Now I’m excited to show off my new hair to the hubby when he comes home! Thanks Janan!

Nicole Ammon is AMAZING!
Nicole is so sweet & welcoming! Last January, I had really long hair & was ready to cut it short. She discussed the length with me. She was considerate of the drastic haircut & told me what she was doing to my hair while she was cutting it so there were no surprises. I loved my haircut & came back here 2 more times to cut it a little shorter & add balayage highlights. She did EXACTLY what I had envisioned. Nicole was aware of how dark my hair was & chose the perfect highlight color to give me sun kissed hair. I’m ready for summer!
The salon is so clean & fresh. I love how you get your hair washed in a separate, spa-​like room. Those several minutes getting your hair washed are so relaxing.
Heads up! The salon is located in downtown La Mesa. There’s street parking so bring your change for the meters!

Could not be happier and DEFIANTLY recomend. Sara Hamala is amazing!!! A friend told me about her and now myself and both my daughters are clients. She is wonderful with curly hair, straight hair, color and (shy)kids. There is nothing Sara can’t do-​a true talent!!!

I’m a makeup artist based NYC. I was in LA and San Diego area for 15 days. While my stay I was in a search for an ombré-​colorist specialist.
I had a terrible ombré done by a so called «Celebrity Hair Stylist» In San Diego.
Being in the beauty industry the situation upset me even more. However I was FORTUNATE to connect with Angela Mansour. Who is not only a talented Hair Stylist but a passionate one. She masters her craft precisely.
Angela did an amazing job correcting the color and personalizing the ombré to my particular taste and features. Angela did an excellent job at blending all the colors so naturally.
She was sweet and sensitive to listen to me. I believe hair is a woman’s crowning glory and I’m so grateful that I met Angela because I was able to leave her studio with a Glorious hair!!!

Hair. My hairdresser before messed my blonde hair up, and I found Andrea Armstrong. She is a perfectionist which I love. Andrea fixed my hair, and made me blonder then ever. Which I love. Andrea is so knowledge with hair, and explaining the process. I give Andrea 10 stars out of 10!!!

This review is for Angela Monsour who I was referred to by friend Amanda Jo. First I have a weird relationship wit my hair, I get anxiety around cutting it or dying it as I love it so much… finding a new stylist is a leap of faith for me:)
Angela did not disappoint! From the moment I walked in she listened to what I wanted and needed in my highlights. She is the best stylist I have ever had touch my hair. She is also sweet and bubbly, which calmed my nerves instantly. My finished full head of highlights and cut was nothing short of gorgeous. I think I have found my stylist for life. I recommend her to all who are looking for an affordable, quality and gorgeous mane.
