The Bee and The Bobbin

Chris was a pleasure to work with! I was sending a thank you gift to a collegue and I wanted something that would last in her office. We decided on an arrangement with an orchid as the focal point. I was really impressed when Chris told me that she wanted to call me once she went to her supplier to let me know what orchids looked most beautiful, then we would decide on color options from there. She called as promised and suggested a purple orchid with some dhalias and roses, keeping the color scheme purple and red. I love that color combination and was really excited to see what she would create! Not only did she deliver the arrangment the same day, she sent me a photo so I could see the finished product. It was so gorgeous! You can tell Chris is passionate about what she does, she really went the extra mile to make my order special and unique. I will definitely be contacting her for any future flower needs!

Chris was awesome! She totally worked with me to come with flowers for my wedding that reflected my taste and worked with my budget. We received many compliments about our centerpieces (see attached picture) which were red roses, red hydrangeas, burgundy mini carnations, and red dahlias. Our bouquets and boutonierres were equally beautiful. Besides her work, Chris is just a very pleasant person who went the extra mile and really cared about making our day special. Thank you, Chris, for everything!

The event styling and floral design Chris provided for my wedding was absolutely flawless. Everyone, and I mean everyone — from attendees to folks who only saw a few pictures of the event — are insanely impressed by the quality of work she provided, and they should be! Chris assisted me all the way through, from germs of ideas to a fully fleshed out concept and execution. From table décor, to wall décor, to my gorgeous bouquet, she absolutely nailed it, even on our budget. She was able to work with my sort of vintage eclectic style, but she brought ideas to the table from many different styles and disciplines. And at the end of the day, she was able to make all my ideas look cohesive, which is something I would not have been able to do by myself — — and yes, I strongly considered trying to do it all myself. Calling her creative would be an understatement, but she was also able to just «make it work» and get everything done on time and on budget. She always had us in mind, too — — how to make the day special and about us, from the tiniest detail on up.
