I just called to ask a few questions about my laptop. The man who answered was rude & unprofessional. I asked him«where do you guys get your parts» he said«I’m not going to tell you that, never have never will» WTF?! I can already tell they charge way more for parts than they are worth. But your parts on Amazon & go to a different tech repair. Screw this place.

Great shop. Terry is a quality person. Had an issue with a tablet. He ordered the parts and it took about three weeks to get from China. It took so long he gave me my money back and a check to help buy a new tablet… WHODOESTHIS? Great business man, pure and simple.

Terry continues to provide excellent service. We’ve been using Tri Tech for almost 2 years now and still recommend him. Give him a call!

Always great turnaround time and prices. A couple of times they have come in under their quoted price because problem was not as bad as originally thought.

Today I took my wife’s lap top in. It would not turn on. The gentleman was able to get the computer to power up. He let me know that some computers that have a completely dead battery will not turn on. I was there for about 10 – 15 minutes and he said there would be no charge. Not only did he fix the computer he let me know what causes the problem. Amazing customer service. I noticed that one comment here said that the shop is disorganized. I spent over 24 years in the Navy most of which were in Administration. And my desk always appeared disorganized, and if someone cleaned it up I would be lost. This business may seem disorganized to some but that in no way merits a bad review, very generalized to say the least.

This place is AWESOME! I took an old COMPAQ in with a screen problem and had them«check it out.» They diagnosed the problem(s) and gave me an estimate which was really uneconomical considering the price to buy a new one. The technician suggested installing the HDD into an enclosure kit and sent me on my way. They gave me a practical solution and inexpensive instead of a bunch of computer-talk to rip me off! Hey, they even waived the diagnostic fee!!! Tritech Computers is easily found in La Mesa, right off of Fletcher Parkway on the 8 and Baltimore Drive.

My laptop stopped turning on; and it was out of warranty. I brought it to these guys and they confirmed it was dead. They saved me some money, and piece of mind, by suggesting taking out the hard drive and turning it into an external hard drive(they did this for me). This gave me access to everything I had saved on the computer before it went dead. The customer service was great and the prices were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend going to these guys.

Outstanding customer service, reasonable pricing, knowledgeable staff… The bottom line is that they get it done. You always get a good, honest answer and assessment from these guys. Best part is, your computer is actually fixed when it leaves the shop. What more could you ask for?

These guys are awesome and truely know there stuff when it comes to computers. They get the job done and do it well. And on top of it all I feel like they are very fair in their prices for fixing a computer(removing viruses etc.) and that they are honest. I never feel like I’m being taken for when I take my computer there, even though I have little computer knowledge and that would be easy to do.
