The person who came to my house was very nice. However, it was poorly explained how much their maintenance program would cost. $ 99 is very high in comparison to other companies, so I definitely won’t be using their services.

We had some termite issues and the team was quick to respond with potential solutions. We had some technical difficulties with the process and Dena in the La Mesa office was quick to work with me and find resolve. Stand up business. Highly recommend.

Thanx Truly Nolen for continuously trying to work and resolve my critters problem. All managers came out and trying to resolve my critters problems in the attic. My house is very difficult because there is only one small hole access to the attic for entire 2000sq house. I hear critters runing, squeaking, and scratching in the walls and attic every night. THey are trying very hard to fiqure out where the port of entries. Thanx again.

I just bought a one-year contract with the local office to Hillcrest and so far I am very unimpressed. The first inspection went well. The first visit went OK with the man setting some traps and blocking up one or two holes but he seemed unenthusiastic with really trying to solve the problem. He was working off the other guy’s notes and was not always sure where the problem was. A rat entered the kitchen that same night and scurried around because he couldn’t get out one of the holes that was blocked. He ate off the rubber cushion around the door the sideyard and pooped all over the floor of the kitchen. I called the next day at 5:30pm because that’s when my tenant could call me about it(after work). I immediately called the local office and the corporate office answered because it was after hours. The corporate office said it was too late to do anything and that we would have to schedule an appointment for the next day at 4:30pm. They told me they could schedule that for me and I wouldn’t have to call the local office. The next day my renter takes the day off from work to be home to meet the man from Truly Nolen as her dog freaks out with strange people coming to the door. 4:30 rolls by and no one shows. She calls me at 4:50 and I turn around and call the local office. They have no record of any kind of appointment being sent from corporate. This means they can’t send anyone over as it’s too late in the day. No one will be coming today. They say they’d be glad to set up an appointment for tomorrow. What am I going to do? I set up the appointment for tomorrow. I call corporate to complain and let them know about the situation. They look it up and tell me that yes, I did call and ask for an appointment today. They are not sure what happened. The local office should have set it up. He’s sorry. Well, he didn’t have to listen to an upset tenant who took the entire day off work to get this problem solved who now must wait another day and live through another night of rats in her kitchen. Sorry is not good enough. How about you give me a break on what I’m paying you? So far, I’m not impressed.
