TRAINLOVERSREJOICE! A NEWHOMEAWAITSYOU! Also walking distance to 7⁄11 and Liquor Store — Excellent! 1) Quality of the homes is fair at best. Look closely at the gaps in the doors and the finish work on the trim. Low quality or just very little attention detail. 2) The back splash in almost all of the kitchens and bathrooms rooms has rough edges. 3) Is everything an upgrade? And when asking the price — the response is we don’t offer what is in the model in the homes or it’s an extra $ 25K+++ for floors that you see in a model.(Who only knows what a base home would look like.) 4) Do you like noise! This is your development! On a «quiet» Sunday afternoon you could hear the loud traffic from Alondra Blvd. It’s constant!(You will see they have bolted the window and door shut on the models and they have the TV loud so you forget about the outside noise.) 5) Love Trains!!! Good — you are right across the street from railroad tracks! Great for resale! The trains that go though there shake the ground with a very deep rumble. And it’s not one track — it’s about 10 tracks wide where they load and unload. Have you ever heard a locomotive start to move a train? Is not, you are in for a real treat! And yes, they come though all night. 6) Do you like to look out your window directly into another window? Then this is the builder for you. Close housing is normal in CA — but many builders know how to space them to make it seem like you have some privacy. 7) Willing to compromise on quality and make an offer on a home — not until they run your credit with their lender of choice ONLY. Seems like client profiling and discrimination. Then you can’t actually place a bid — you get to go on a wait list and will let you know if you have been selected. How can one know if they are calling in order or calling who they want in the community?(I hope you fit the demographic — because an offer just isn’t good enough here!) 8) Even worse on the GRANDOPENINGDAY! Phase 1 was«sold out» to preferred customers. Everyone who showed up early on Saturday for the GRANDOPENING was rewarded with PHASE2 and a 10−15K Price Increase! 9) Phase 3 — 4 — 5 will COSTMORE and they will put you even closer to the 7⁄11 and railroad tracks. Wow — Can’t wait! Thanks for reading and my vote is to avoid this noisy street area and this builder.
