I found this place at Unilocal and I’m very happy with the way Danny looks.
They did a good job since he had not been to a grooming place in a long time since my boyfriend trims his hair.

I have taken my Shih Tzu, Luna, here twice to get groomed and have been pleased with the results both times! They are quick, efficient, and leave your dog looking great. Not to mention, the cost is below average for similar grooming services in the area!

Awesome grooming job, I love the way my husky looks after I pick her up to get groomed, the lady is always nice and are very good to my dogs, they do a really good job for a good price!

I was very surprised to see the reviews from few days ago. I have been a customer for more than a year. My wife and I own three dogs and we consider them as our own.
Base on my own experience, Cathy is a groomer who I trust the most.
Only reason why I write this review is because my experience with Cathy was some what different than what they wrote on the reviews.

I am very aware of the situation where one of the dogs that was groomed here was returned with severe injuries. However what I am more disgusted with is how Cathy plays «Mrs. Nice Lady who loves dogs so much» by commenting on Unilocal,when they (multiple employees at the grooming shop) kept calling the person threatening that they will report some kind of claims. Not to mention they never apologized, and even yelled at the owner of the dog that they will not take ANY responsibility. I decided to leave a review because I also had my dog groomed here few months ago and after the session my dog was shaking for 3 days, there were minor scratches on the stomach area as well. I just never went back, but since now I heard about the story I had to leave the review. Hope this review helps dog owners to avoid this place at all cost.

This is the worst place ever. I picked up my dog after grooming and they said they couldn’t finish him because he bites groomer, and showed me her finger with a band aid on. so i said i’m so sorry about it and i took him home. When i got home i saw my dog’s tooth was broken, his eye blood vein got popped so he had red eye, his hand did not stop bleeding, his ear had bruise. So i called this place and complained about his tooth broken, and they said, he bit my hands what are you going to do about my hands. The lady told me to take care of her hands then they will take care of my dog’s tooth, then said they will call back later.
4 hrs later this other women called me back saying, how can your dog bite a person, asking me if i know how big deal this is. They were complaining to me, which i was a customer. i was going to let go of this situation only if they had said sorry sincerely, and apologize. but they were yelling at me about their hands, also said they could report my dog to a police for biting her.
i got angry because the lady wouldn’t let me talk, she was all mad and complaining to me. i asked her name and she did not even want to tell me her name. she said «why do i have to tell you my name?» «why do you need my name? what are you going to do about it?» «i can sue you for your dog biting me» «what are you going to do about it?.» so i said, «is there any problem asking my dog’s groomer name?» then she finally told me her name, saying «OH YOUR GREAT. SURE HERES MY NAME.»
I told them that they should be responsible about the medication of my dog, since this happened at this place. They said they can not be responsible, Never Ever, saying he made his body condition by himself.
They were being so rude no apologizes. I cannot believe this happened to my dog. i would understand if the groomer made a scar on his skin, because i understand things can happen during grooming. but this is the other case. All i wanted was a real apologize, but all i got was a rude phone call.
What a rude place, do not go to this place unless you want your dog to be treated as a toy.

Only if you were being nice when you called me, i wouldn’t have went this far. i do not know if you hit my dog, or dropped my dog or anything else since i was not there and did not see, when i went pick up for my dog, all i saw was your band aid on your finger, showing me so i felt sorry i wanted to leave the place, so i couldn’t check up my dog’s condition. But when i was picking up, you said when you were cutting nails, you made a mistake and he is bleeding. Thats the part what you told me and all of the sudden you are saying you did not touch his legs. it just don’t make sense. Your the groomer, you should know how to handle a dog when you have 15 yrs of experience. i cannot believe when my dog tried to bite you You should’ve got a muzzle on his mouse. it is your job.

My wife and I bring our BeBe to this location and we are pleased with the work that she does. The location is just minutes from our place and the price is more reasonable than most places that I have been too in the past; I wouldn’t go to any place else.

My appointment was at 10am, but I was running late because I got lost on the way. I called and let her know and she was kind and said it was ok. I got there at 10:15 and she took her right away. Most groomers would turn you away if your more than 5 minutes late, I’m glad she isn’t one of them!
Dropped off chispita at 10:15 and I got a call from her at 11:15 saying Chispita was ready. I have a mini pure breed poodle, they usually take up to 2 hours to groom so I am always pleased to hear it only takes 45min-​1hr with the same quality of work
Best of all, only $ 35!

Our dogs and foster dogs have been going to Bubble Doggie for some time now. Each of our dogs leave with beautifully groomed styles. There’s two standard poodles in our family and we’re particularly picky about the way their hair is cut. Bubble Doggie does a great job of making sure to groom our dogs exactly the way we want. If you’re looking for a groomer who’s meticulous and creative then I highly recommend Bubble Doggie!

I inherited a long hair Chihuahua mix and had been going to another La Mirada groomer for a couple years but it seemed their prices fluctuated every time I went it and only seemed to be going up. They also wouldn’t take any credit cards or debit cards (to avoid taxes but not passing the savings on).
So I made a quick call to Bubble Doggie and they said the cost would be $ 35 and could do the cut without an appointment. I gave it a shot and couldn’t be happier. Dog got a great cut, she was quick, and the price was fair. On top of that, she takes credit cards.
Bubble Doggie gets my 5 stars for quick and fair service!

Did a good job, cut work was a little choppy but overall good. $ 50 for cut, wash and flea shampoo and I got my dog back in 3hours. The lady was great cus she was able up deal with my very large yappy frantic dog.

Cathy is great! Baxter always looks so fresh and clean and fluffy after he is groomed. Her prices are veryy reasonable. Highly recommend!

The spot’s a little rough on the outside but I picked my daughter’s dog up for her today and she looked good. She’s a mini schnauzer and a little hyper but the woman handled her well. She had a funny chemical smell coming from her ear both times she went in though. But, it’s affordable and quick so if you’re in a rush and you just need someone to bathe your dog I would say go here.

Took my dog in for a groom at 11:30 and got my call to pick him up around 1:40. This is not bad considering the last dog groomer took 5 hours to groom my dog and left my dog dehydrated… The price is $ 5 cheaper than the other places I took my dog, so that was another plus. This place is tucked away in a run down strip mall and could be easily missed, but it’s behind pepboys, so if you see pepboys and you go behind it, you’re in the right area haha

Unfortunately, we are not adopting him, but we will come back if we get another dog.

I’ve taken my dogs, Momo and Toto, to Cathy for last 2 years (ever since they were 5 months old) for regular grooming (baths, nails, etc.), and they always look great. The level of service in terms of grooming is absolutely exceptional.
And I highly recommend Cathy to anyone who needs a great groomer.

Decided to check this place out because they just opened up and it’s pretty close to my house which is already a plus because of the convenience. When it comes to my dog, especially, I’m hesitant to try new places, but I’m glad I discovered this place. This place just has a nice welcoming vibe to it and Cathy took really good care of my Henny. It’s hard to find someone who is careful AND caring about your dog these days. I’ve heard horror stories where groomers aren’t careful and cut through their skin, toes, tongue, etc. but Cathy is wonderful and attentive.
Nice private lot for everyone to park in and great business hours. I can drop Henny off before work and pick her up after work. Also, I found that Cathy also works off of appointments right now so in case you’re needing an emergency grooming situation, she is pretty flexible and nice about it.
I give this place 5 stars because Cathy goes above and beyond to make sure my dog leaves looking fabulous! She offers special services like coloring Henny’s hair (of course using dyes without chemicals or parabens) and has bows and has the cutest accessories which I haven’t found at any other pet grooming places. Highly recommend if you have pets! Ask for Cathy, she’s the best and trustworthy. Take my word for it! :)
