Great little hole in the corner strip mall. But great service and cheap prices. We’ve only stopped in twice before heading across the parking lot to 1900 Mexican food. But both times it was good times.

Best bar in town… that is when I get a kid free night, that’s where I go and typically on a Thursday night when Joy is working.
Most Thursday’s there’s a pool league going on but I don’t mind since the crowd is always friendly.

Came here on a tuesday night with some friends around midnight. There was a couple people here, the bartender was really friendly and talkative. Bud Light were 2.50 and it was a good size regular glass. We stayed for drink then left but on a weekend I can see this place being pretty packed. It looks like a low key place, nothing fancy. The bathrooms were really clean, (which is rare for a dive bar) I liked the prices of the drinks and it played good music. Will be back for sure.

Great place to take your Girlfriend. Its an «Under the radar» bar, so your wife will never find out! Also has a great jukebox.

Not bad for a La Mirada bar. Certainly a step up from the other shitholes in this crap town. Stopped in for a nightcap and found cheap, stiff drinks, friendly locals and even a few reasonably attractive femalians under the half century mark. I shall return…

The is the cheapest bar in town for drinks period. Great bartenders day or nite. They can do parties and group event. They have dart and pool leagues. Cool comfortable complete with a Horney corner. The best in town. ATM is available. Touch tune jukebox, way cool. Pick your songs from your smart phone without leaving your bar stool. Young bloods hang out late at night. Never a problem or drama.

This bar is a dive in every sense of the word. If you are looking to catch a fist fight or STD this place is for you but I would urge anyone with taste, class or social standing to keep driving.

The Golde Brique Inn is my favorite Friday night when I have no plans… And even when I do make plans, the Brique is usually better. You cant beat the price of their beer or their stiff drinks. Friday nights are best, it’s the night when Anthony is not educating special needs children, but in his natural habitat instigating a party. Whether youve had a rough week at the office or just want to get some bang for your buck the brique takes all comers. Its cash only, but there is a liquor store next door that will gladly let you get some for a small ridiculous fee. If you have fifty bucks in your pocket, this hangover factory will set you right for days

What a quaint little dive bar! Met up with some friends there and was actually pleasantly surprised by the clientele and bartenders. I was always told to avoid this place like the plague, but I now can add this bar to my list of places to drink. Like a new student at school, I have to build my trust in this place, but for now I can say I will be back

Golde Brique is a chilled place to take your friends or your significant other. I have been going to this bar for over a year, and I still have money left to grub… I have been at odd hours of the day and every bartender makes you feel at home… So let’s drink up and have a good time at the Brique…

PART OF THE DIRTBAG RUN REVIEW SERIES:
If you drinking in La Mirada, chances are if you ain’t at Rookies, Draft Picks, or Animal Crackers, you may end up at the Golde Brique Inn instead.
Easy to miss, as this place is kind nestled at the end of the private lot for the delicious Mexico 1900 Restaurant adjacent to it, Golde Brique offers up all the stiff drinks and cold beer a dive is supposed to.
The place has working bathrooms (they lock too!), a set of pool tables, some dart games, one of those little game machines mounted up by the bar, and friendly staff.
The people in here are clearly regulars in the +35 set, while some of the younger crowd does migrate here from time to time. CASH ONLY.
All in all a decent dive.
