One of the worst managements! Will never recommend this place, training here probably the worst experience, treated unfair, hearing guests complaints, just very unorganized PERIOD!

I am so UNHAPPY with LIVINGSPACES, and regret spending $ 2200 for a new sofa set a few months ago. I purchase the VIP care,(sales pressure tactic) was told it covers any accidents or spills on the sofa, and after a month of fighting with customer service,(15 calls), was told a tech would come out to see the damage. He came last Thursday and he was in and out in 5 minutes, told us they had many problems with our particular model, and told us they would replace our sofas with new ones. He told us someone from customer service would contact us in 3 days. No one called! Today i called to follow up they said our claim was denied! I asked to speak with a manager, was told by the customer service rep Rachel there was no manager on duty, and I would have to wait for someone to call me. Three house have gone by still no call. I called the service tech that came to our home last Thursday, he said he doesn’t remember us or even coming to our home.(just 4 days ago) Don’t buy from this company, they don’t tell the truth, and they don’t care about their customers. We will be taking this to the better business bureau.

Seriously?! 1 Star Reviews?! That is INSANE!!! But let’s be honest!!! I was terrified. Beyond terrified… After reading all these bad reviews I didn’t want to take 1 step into this place. I pushed all that aside and wanted to see this myself first hand. As soon as I walked in i was amazed by all the beautiful furniture. Not long after I was greeted by a very very very nice/knowledgeable sales rep. Elaine! She was AMAZING! No pressure what so ever! Mind you I changed my mind. A million and one times!.. After picking a couch, love seat, side table, lamp, rug, bed, chairs, kitchen table and tv stand. We checked inventory… All my pieces were in stock with +5 or more which was great! I needed my stuff next day but due to the holiday they said they could have everything delivered in 2 days. Which was not that bad just 1 more day. The text messages I received confirming my delivery the night before was awesome! Delivery day came and I was given a window from 8am-3pm… 9am I get a call that delivery would arrive in 15min! I was beyond HAPPY! The movers were great! They seemed a little in a rush to get in and get out but that didn’t bother me one single bit! They handled everything beautifully!!! Everything came PERFECT!!! Note: it’s best to double check if what you want is in stock and could be delivered with in the time frame you want and also double check that they have more than just 1 that way there isn’t no problems with re stocking or waiting crazy amount of time for what you purchased. I HIGHLYHIGHLYHIGHLYHIGHLYRECOMMENDLIVINGSPACES!!! You have a long time customer here!!! Do NOT avoid this place just for the bad reviews.

Never will I buy any of these products from here again. Customer service will not help you unless you buy a warranty. Dog damaged a cushion on new sofa and manufacture will make new one if living spaces will order one. Living spaces refuses to order unless you have a warranty with this product. I am clear that I am not looking for a warranty replacement but just a cushion ordered from the manufacturer of the sofa just the same thing as a warranty only I will pay for the cushion with shipping and handling of the cushion. They say that they could do it if I had a warranty but I don’t and they will not do anything about this. Living spaces sucks!

Very poor quality furniture. I purchased the«Extended Warranty» so it would be covered, but the«Extended Warranty» they sell is actually DAMAGEINSURANCE. It will NOT cover any manufacturer defect. Plus as an added bonus, the second party«warranty» company Ultra Shield is very unprofessional and difficult to deal with. Do Not purchase furniture from Living Spaces! But if you do, take my advise and do NOT waste your money on the Ultra Shield«Extended Warranty»

I ordered a recliner online & selected an 8am-noon delivery window. Received a voicemail that the truck was overloaded & I needed to select a new window. I then selected 4pm-8pm. At 8pm I called to ask where my delivery was. The boy on the phone started making noises implying something bad and then said the delivery would now be from 6pm-midnight. Unbelievable. So I get to sit here waiting for them all day and had I not called would not have been notified. This is my first & last purchase with living spaces. There are WAAAY too many other companies that are dependable.

Wow, people are so critical. What’s up with all of these 1-star reviews? This place is AWESOME! My fiancée and I went in to buy all of our new furniture for the house and we dealt with the most non-pushy, patient, understanding and knowledgeable sales rep alive, Julian. The door greeter was also rad! He explained how the store is laid out, how they don’t work for commissions, etc. This place is amazing! They have an ungodly large selection of just about any piece of furniture you could imagine. They have low end and high end both! We bought in the middle-to upper end and still got out for an incredibly fair price. All that, topped off with 24 months 0% interest and delivery + Assembly for less than $ 130(and we live 2 hours away in Valencia!!). I’m so impressed with this company, the delivery men were unbelievably clean and friendly, had the utmost respect for my person and property. Hands down the best! Living spaces — you’ve gained a life long customer!

I’m so disappointed with Living Spaces, we bought a Newburg leather reclining sectional by Flexsteel in 2014& in 2015 the color started chipping off! When I contacted LS that said there was only 1 year warranty & I was 3 months past, so basically sorry/not sorry! Out of frustration I emailed Flexsteel & guess what LS called me in October saying they will take care of the problem. According to LS, Flextsteel will mail me new leather within 2 – 6 weeks and said I can call LS to have them pick up the leather &3 parts of the sectional to repair it. Well it is now January 2016& no leather & no help from customer service at LS. All they keep saying is let me read your notes & have the mgr call me back… well that was Thursday last week & low & behold no call as of Tuesday. NEVERINMYLIFEHAVE I DEALTWITHCSLIKETHIS!!!

How many LS staff does it take to purchase a bed? Let’s see, sales on floor and then 4 behind the desk. Because LS does not ensure their staff have the tools to be successful. Then wait, their is the delivery — awful delivery experience. Scheduled 12 – 6, then changed to 3 – 6, and they show up at 7:35pm. Bed assembly took over an hour and a half and then it collapsed. Seems parts are missing and the dynamic delivery duo decided to just wing it. Pictures provided. And of course, it’s 10pm now and there is no one to call or ask. I sent multiple emails and completed survey. Why on earth would I shop here again? Target provides same furniture and better shipping. It would be better to assemble it myself than redo someone else scrappy work. I have shopped LS over the years — this is a trend of downhill customer service. Is anyone listening?
