This is a great way for your kids to learn about the business. My daughter was with them for years until she turned 18. Like the first comment said you have to be ready to drop everything and go. I am glad that most of the time we got calls days before. And the only thing that I saw was like dell K said was they seem to have there favorites because there was a group who seem to always work every where.

This is a great extra Co. for kids. The ladies that run this are very nice and helpful. You really have to have kids that can play plenty of looks for more jobs. Always be ready to drop everything as this company does call you on the morning of with 1hr. before call-​time sometimes. I think that is the only draw back. That and they have their favorite families for sure who may get called a bit more than others. That’s the way the world goes round, try your best, be professional and you will become part of that group. Most of the time they call you the night before up to 2 – 4 days advance which is great. They don’t take a high percent for fees either. Very reasonable. They have meet and greets every few months at a church in La Mirada. When starting up they give you more than enough information on the business. I just can’t say enough good things. So glad I had a chance to have my children work with this company.
