Wendy’s

Went to this facility yesterday, and the drive thru service was horrible!!! The guy who took my order around 2PM was complaining that he couldn’t hear me talking even though I was practically yelling at the top of my lungs… I repeated my order at least 3x or more and he still managed to fuck it up… I don’t see why it was so hard to get a order as simple as mine wrong I didn’t order any special sandwich or make any weird changes I just wanted my combos to be LARGE he gives me small!!! And then when I was driving away him and two other dark employees were giving me attitude. The unfortunate part was they weren’t at the window long enough so I can get their names! If you work at fast food you should know that customer service is everything! I won’t be returning and I won’t be recommending this location! I will be telling EVERYONE I know to avoid this location and to tell their friends & family members as well! — this was a horrific experience for me.

0 — zero stars. As I left the guy said to my friend & I «thanks for the plates.» We left the plates on the table not really thinking. We felt rushed out even though they had an open till midnight sign. They didn’t give us straws so I had gone up to ask for them. The girl annoyed at me for being so bold to ask such dumb things of her, handed them to her coworker who then passively handed them to me. Ever been handed straws with attitude?! Cause I was! makes you feel unwanted and frankly — like writing a Unilocal review on how rude these people where! I didn’t even enjoy the bad spicy chicken sandwich. Now, I’m not thinking Wendy’s as a whole can’t make good chicken sandwich but I am saying the attitude there was better than my sandwich; probably because it was made with spite. I smiled, said please and thank you through all this. I ate my sandwich and ignored their attitudes. I know they work at a freaking Wendy’s and I don’t expect them to go above and beyond but have basic manners when dealing with people.

This place has absolutely terrible service no hi no here’s your order they don’t say a word not even a thank you and then kick you out when they ask you if you want to eat in, then while you’re sitting down about to eat they kick you out. service is slow people are rude. I will never come back here again. It’s too bad because the food was pretty good, eh, advrage but I can go to any other Wendy’s get the same thing with better service maybe even a smile. I would give it no stars if I could. Everything was sticky it looks sticky. You know they never clean anything, fn nasty. I highly recommend NEVER coming here! Oh and what’s ironic is they have a piece of paper in their window that says now hiring haha I mean I need a job just as bad as the next person but I would NEVER work here!. They make you feel like you’re scum like you’re inconveniencing them! dude if you hate your life and you hate your job so much give it to somebody who will do a damn good job even mediocre would be better than whatever the fuck kind of «job» they think they’re doing! Duces! (Bitch) thanks for ruining my dinner.

So I came here to have dinner with my girlfriend. Sign on the window says open till midnight we walked up to the counter the cashier didn’t say a word we place our order. Ask me if it was for here to go and we said for here, found a table and sat down… then she called our order very vaguely and handed me my order bagged up to go and stated that they were closed so its in a to go back and asked me if that’s okay. I looked at her and said your sign says closed at midnight she proceeded to tell me that that was for the drive thru. O, also when we finish placing order she didn’t say thank you not one word. So we grabbed our stuff and proceeded to walk out and I turned to look at the sign that my girlfriend saw, and it says open till midnight and doesn’t say anything about the drive thru. So in a nutshell our food was actually good surprisingly. But the service was terrible I would never come back to this location I felt like an inconvenience to them. the place was actually dirty inside sticky tables and counters whatever happened to great customer service unifor person comes in and wants to eat in out in Chester customer service wouldn’t you allow them to eat but politely let them know that they would be closing soon no rush type of thing oh well one last customer to this location.

I come here since its so close to my job. If you come to this Wendy’s and ordering to go then please check your bag! They tend to «forget» an order of fries here or there. Or something always has to be missing. It’s happened to me around three times, if u call in and notify them that they didn’t give u your full order then they make it seem so awkward. Obviously I didn’t pay to receive nothing so just offer me what I was missing. Duh!!! Bad bad service.

Typical fast food restaurant where they screw up your order. Ordered a baconator and it came without bacon. Really? No bacon in a baconator. Customer service was poor but what else would you expect from a place attached to a gas station.

Unbelievable. This is the most run down Wendy’s I’ve been in. Combine that with the homeless looking folks coming in frequently, and the fries that weren’t fresh, and it’s easy to see why I won’t be back. On the positive side, the manager was friendly and professional, and the service was good and fast.

I only give it 1 or the fact that I love Wendy shakes.
Not even sure I can explain in words how bad my experience just now was — horrible service — badly trained staff — a manager who clearly doesn’t understand «lead by example «as he was soo bad and disrespectful of me as a customer and my personal time that I will be contacting his district manager/​home office to complain.
Stay away from this location — better off to go to the AMPM and get a hotdog and slurpy!

I ordered no more than 3 items, after I waited for 5 minutes, 4 customers ordered after me and they got there order first. I kept asking for my order and all I got was «they are still making it» it’s only 2 small burgers. Really?
So I kept waiting and I was so upset I ask for my money back, they said they will have it ready.
Long story short I yelled for my money back and left with no lunch for the rest of the day.
Thanks Wendy, last time I come to this place.

Came in early around 10:30am ordered nuggets the employee told me it will take 4 mins for them to be done. I was okay with it waited patiently, 4 mins later the nuggets are done the other employee in the back is bagging the food. But not for me. Drive thru orders are going out… 10 mins later I’m still standing there waiting for my food. Other customers are getting un patient… 15 mins go by and I walk up to the counter not saying anything the girl on reg looks at me and asks me if I wanted a free frosty or drink while I wait. I was pretty frustrated already since I was in a hurry but I said okay. I give them credit for offering me a free frosty. But the wait was ridiculous.

I’m guessing it’s this Wendy’s in particular Bc I have been to others and the service is good, seems like they are friendly amongst each other just not with customers .food is ok they got my order right it’s just makes u not want to come back when the service is poor. It just sucks Bc it’s pretty much the only fast food around here, I guess I will just drive feather next time

Whenever I need something fast and convenient, I go here. The food is decent quality, but I do not recommend going here for their fries. My favorite thing on the menu are the frosties!

Never had an issue here. Food is prepared right and good selection of items. I like that you can order half salads.

Fries were a turn off

I needed something quick and convenient. Went through the drive thru and the customer service was poor. The drive thru lady didn’t even give me a total, just took my card and swiped.
I get home and my fries were soggy! WTH?! I was not a happy camper. If I’m going to spend my calories on some deep fried goodness, they better be good!
This is not the only time where this Wendy’s in particular has failed me. There is always something wrong with my order. No joke. Sauce is missing if you order chicken nuggets, no straw for your drink, no ketchup… I can go on for days.

I come here periodically when I work in the area, and have been consistently dissapointed. While the food is good, and pretty much the same as most other Wendy’s locations, this location has been 9 out of 10 times completely out of either napkins, ketchup, or plastic silverware. One time, they were out of both napkins AND ketchup. I honestly dont know how a place like this can survive if its management overlooks little things like that.
I do, however, really enjoy the spicy chicken filet, with fries and a chocolate frosty, and since this location is SUPER conveniently located near one of my customers, I will very likely keep coming here.
