The staff misrepresented the products and prices of their merchandise.
I asked them to void my purchase and accept the Sony video camera which was still in the box as it had been in the store. This was within an hour of purchase and with confirmation from Sony that Cash and Gold had grossly inflated prices. Sony recommended I return the products.
I asked for an adjustment of the price first
Then for a refund
Refused refused refused
Deeply disappointed that these merchants are dishonest.
Mtg price for the camera = $ 429.99
Cash and Gold price = $ 899 reduced to
$ 699
This is so far apart and they are not truthful. Sad that I encountered crooks like these.
