Just wanna say: in the Daquiri wars, most outlets our out to screw you. Fat Tuesday, on the other hand, deals a serious dose, plus it has great staff and you can use TouchTune to rock out. EASILY the best daquiri shop on Bourbon. I shit you not… three trials.

This obviously destroys Vegas on every level! But the fact that they have probably 10 – 12 frozen machines is amazing! You can miss match and blend other mixes for $ 11! And that’s a half yard! Overall great price and tasty blends that’ll creep up on ya!

Pretty much has the same smoothies as the locations in Las Vegas. I got a 44 oz Pina Colada for $ 13 which seems a little bit cheaper than the other daiquiri shops on Bourbon Street.

Yummy, cheap, huge frozen drinks. Daiquiri and pina coladas are a must. I usually go to the ones in Vegas and this was my first time going to the originals in NOLA. Just as good!

Aww come on! You work in a daiquiri shop on one of the most exciting streets in the world! Have a little excitement for those who visit your city and spend their money. The last visit the tired ol employee couldn’t had cared less that we were there. I still ordered my drink and went on my way. For that reason I tried some of the other shops next door instead of returning. Aww come on! Your job can’t be that bad.

Very tasty drinks. Better balanced than Big Easy. Great deals on souvenir cups with drinks. Cheap refills. Good service; very quick. Good variety of flavors. Peach Bellini is my absolute fav. Nice music to dance to.

The music was on point but that’s because my party paid for it! The daiquiris were tasty and adequate. Good atmosphere but a crabby bartender is why I’m not giving Fat Tuesday’s four stars. When you’re serving pre-made frozen drinks, the struggle ain’t real.

Really good, really strong frozen daiquiris! Better than Jesters’ down the street. I tasted a couple of flavors before deciding. Yum! I will be returning on my next trip to NoLa. Don’t ever change, FT!

Very balanced always good. I love their daiquiris wherever I’m at. Good drinks, solid selections always smoothing and hits the spot. I enjoy these in the most miserable arid temperatures: Think — New Orleans, Las Vegas, Charleston.

Became a staple for me for my entire trip. The strongest, yet best balanced daiquiris & frozen cocktails will give you a proper buzz & not break your bank. We don’t have daiquiris like this in Chicago my friend. I don’t even drink them at home

Yummy frozen drinks and the best souvenir cups. Had the swamp water last night and it def looked like swamp water. It was pretty quiet for a Saturday night last night and bourbon street was PACKED. $ 9 refills for souvenir cups!

What can I say? It’s a daiquiri shop in the French Quarter. A 32oz daiquiri is 11 $. The bathroom was one of the worst I experienced in the Quarter(and that’s saying something if you’ve spent any time there at all). A ton of flavors. They’re very sugary, though and when I was there this time, the bar tender wouldn’t let me mix flavors(I’m partial to half pina coloda and half strawberry). Very loud.

Good times! Great place! Balcony is the place to be! Partied all night long here and love it. If you come to Bourbon St in New Orleans this is the place to come.

Oh Fat Tuesday, what can I say? If I am in the Quarter and want a nice cool drink to sip while I walk or, for some unavoidable reason, I am on Bourbon Street and in the mood for a daiquiri rather than one of the many other sugary drinks of death, I head straight for Fat Tuesday. The main reason I pass up all the other shops on Bourbon is because I know what flavors I like at Fat Tuesday and I know it will be the same as it always is at every other location. This location is also towards the Esplanade end of Bourbon so there isn’t quite as much demand – or so I like to think. In the afternoon, like most of the other bars on Bourbon, it is very quiet. At these times, don’t be afraid to ask for samples of flavors – they are happy to oblige and even locals haven’t tasted all of the flavors. Of course, they will give samples when they are busy too, they just might not be as happy about it. I’ve never really stuck around to scope out the bar, so I can’t speak to that, but I’m going to guess it’s like most Bourbon Street bars: loud and full of highly intoxicated college kids and tourists so don’t be surprised. As far as alcohol content, I find it best to hedge your bets by getting a medium with an extra shot. Then again, I live in New Orleans – drink at your own risk. Also, you don’t need a 190 Octane with an extra shot unless you are trying to burn a whole in your stomach or trying to be that frat guy in the gutter later. Basically, this isn’t really a hangout kind of bar, more of a stop in and get an iconic New Orleans alcohol slurry place, and for what it is, I like it.

It’s fun, it’s touristy, and they have daiquiris! I have to get a daiquiris when I’m in new orleans! I prefer the piña colada but they have a bunch of different flavors. Always get an extra shot, only a buck. An essential Bourbon St. stop.
