Convenient bookstore with not so pricey supplies. I even bought a phD diploma from here. I didn’t realize that the different schools had different diploma frames — you learn something everyday. They didn’t have the one that I wanted in stock, and they informed me it would be cheapest to order in May with the next graduating class. Otherwise, there is a convenience charge. I didn’t want to unnecessarily pay more for something that is already pretty pricey. Luckily, the gentleman who I believed to be a manager remembered he had some outdated frames in the back. Omg it was awesome! It didn’t look all cheap, modern, and plastic-like. Instead it looked like wood and had decorative carving details. Win! On this occasion, they were extremely helpful and friendly. I try to remember that they often have to deal with a bunch of rushed, highly stressed students who I am sure aren’t always pleasant. Sometimes their customer service isn’t 100%, but who’s is? As good as can be expected for a small bookstore serving a lot of departments(PT, OT, nursing, medical, pa, audiology, etc) on a large campus.

If you need a medical dictionary, an anatomy atlas, or health sciences textbook this is where you go. There hours aren’t huge(9 – 4 M-F). But they sell quite a bit of random gifty items which can be sort of fun. You never know when you might need a giant microbe plush toy. They definitely get the +1 star(to 4) from me for being the source of last minute snacks and/or basic OTC type medications.
