Pizza Hut

This location, and given the small size of the store itself, despite the ample amount of parking, seems to be inherently designed to be a call in to pick up or a delivery only location. I do work close by, which is why I have come in to the store. I have found the pizza to be typical of all Pizza Huts that I have gone to in the past. The manager lacks customer service skills and lacks empathy to his employees. The building is new, so the store seems to be neat and clean. I have come in several times, and placed orders after arrival to the store, and I have called in orders, and have had delivery.
Starting backwards, the few times I have had delivery, it had been fairly quick with the delivery driver being prompt and friendly. The one time I have called in an order for a group, the pizza was hot, fresh and ready to go when I got there. On the many times I have gone in and placed an order inside the store, only occasionally was I promptly greeted. There were a couple of times that I was just walked by and ignored. I called the store while I was in the store, and asked for someone to come to the front so I could place my order. They have «forgotten» my beverage, even though I have just stood there and the employee would go back to do their jobs until they come back and ask why I am still there, even though I would try to get their attention. On one occasion, I placed my order at the counter, and I guess the employee forgot that I might be able to read, when the order came up on the screen facing the customers, the customer name actually read «short fat lady». I asked them about it, and why they didn’t put in the name I gave when they asked, they laughed and said they forgot my name. On one occasion, there was an exterminator in the store laughing with the manager while spraying something (I am assuming bug killer of some sort) along where the floor meets the walls. Isn’t pest management something that can be done while a restaurant making food is closed, or that it should be done while it is closed?

No customers inside but no service after waiting almost 10 minutes. Unbelievable! We sat in the car and called in our order to be hung up on twice. Beyond horrible service but decent pizza. If they weren’t convenient on this evening, we would have went elsewhere. Our four year was stuck on pizza.

My husband love Pizza Hut so every so often we would order from Pizza Hut… We were so happy that they opened one near us. instead of driving to Metairie to pick up one. We ordered today and was extremely DISAPPOINTED! I came home with 2 pizza for almost $ 30.00.hardly no MEAT OR VEGGIES… Mainly CRUST! Never going back to this location again.
The crust was also very chewy and hard!
So disappointed.
