Found this place in a guide book before visiting. Although I wasn’t in the market for a high-​end vintage watch at the time, I knew I had to stop in and check it out.
Turns out it wasn’t for the watches but so that Julio the owner could give my girlfriend Tango lessons in the store. With my permission of course. He was such a friendly, funny and gentlemanly shop owner. A true highlight of our trip to NOLA!

Great guy. My brother and I wandered into his shop after visiting our dad’s resting place. We were just to looking around, and ended up spending the entire afternoon trading stories with Julio. It was a highlight of the trip. The watch I bought, a vintage Longines Comet, not only works flawlessly, but also brings a smile each time I wear it.
I can give no higher recommendation.

Julio is the man. I visit NOLA twice a year from Los Angeles. I always pay a visit to Julio. He has a great collection of vintage high end watches and he’s very knowledgeable about each and every piece. He has an amazing personal watch collection, as well. A great guy! Last time I was there, I acquired a vintage UG Polerouter Sub for a helluva price. Viva Julio!
