Had a really fab experience here last week when I needed a last minute appointment, and they somehow fit me in! The staff are friendly, the office is clean, the doctor(Dr. Dang) is knowledgable yet approachable. Overall, a great experience.

In answer to the other review on here, the staff seemed friendly to me. Not only are they knowledgeable, they helped me feel comfortable. If you’re looking for an ophthalmologist who is competent and friendly, Friendly Eye Medical Group is exactly what you’re looking for.

I’ve only been here once. I was nervous because I have never had my eyes dilated and I didn’t know what to expect. First off, the woman I spoke to on the phone to make my appointment was a total BITCH! When I went to my appointment it had to have been the same girl behind the front desk, there were three of them but only one of them was taking phone calls so I figured it was here and she gave me and everyone else in the waiting room the same attitude as she did on the phone. When you walk in, on the front counter is says to sign in and to let them know if you’re a new patient. After she was done yapping with the other two girls and acknowledged that I was standing there, she said«can I help you?» And I said«I signed in but I’m a new patient.» And she said«uh, ok. Have a seat.» Really? Than she calls me to sign some papers. Ok, so I finally get called in the back by a nurse of some sort who didn’t seem to know English very well. When we went to the back, we were waiting for a man nurse to be done with these two machines. You know how doctors/nurses are usually supposed to wipe down the chin/forehead area of things after another patient was just on them? Well, she didn’t bother to do so until I mentioned it. The lady that the man nurse was helping got out of the seat and she told me to sit down and put my chin there. I was like«ummm, no, aren’t you supposed to clean them?» And she kind of laughed and said«uh, yeah, I do that.» So then she took me into a room, put the drops in my eyes to dilate my eyes and sent me back to the waiting room. About 10 minutes later that man nurse called me(he was really nice by the way!). He just took me to the room and told me the doctor would be in there in a few minutes. So when the doctor came in… he was nice. At least he knew to wipe down everything before I touched it! Well… my eyeballs are fine so he sent me on my way. But that one chick behind the front desk needs an attitude check! I believe her name is Diane or Diana… one of those names.
