Love this place. Considerably so close by like your neighborhood wok. The servers are friendly.

I have been going to the one on beach and trask for years and every time is a pleasure except the one time I visit this one. This place had no pork. I couldn’t get out of them if they never have it or were just out. The food was not as good either after I had to settle on what I got. I will never go back to this one on valley view again.

Stumbled upon this place on the way to work. Their chow mein fried rice orange chicken and vegetables were absolutely delicious. I will certainly be coming back here! My plate was big enough to feed 2 people. The lady behind the counter was very friendly.

**FOODPOISONINGALERT** I wouldn’t eat here if I were you. Woke up the next day with vomiting, nausea, headache, dihareah, shakiness, and a high fever. Long story short, I got food poisoning. Never eating here again!

My experience at The Wok Experience? Meh. I’ve experienced better. Pros– Inexpensive prices Lots of food Clean environment Cons– The food Whenever I’d head to Ellen’s Pinoy Grille for some sisig, I would oftentimes browse around The Wok Experience. I’d see 20% off for seniors, lunch specials etc. displayed on the windows. I’m a Panda Express regular, so if I would compare the two, my judgement would be– The Wok Experience is more a Hong Kong Express than a Panda Express The food items, while plentiful & more varied than Panda Express, look to have been sitting around for a long time. Also, nothing looked enticing, like«Ooo, yeah I’ll have that!». Soggy orange chicken, sad looking fried rice, BBQ pork that’s tough & generally not appetizing. Service was okay. The Wok Experience does have plenty of seating going for it. Available parking around the shopping center. Plus, with the aforementioned specials, people don’t have to pay much for a meal. However, Chinese fast food restaurants are a dime a dozen, and the lesser quality ones just don’t cut it for me. When I’m back here shopping at the adjacent Walgreens and looking for something to eat, methinks I’ll stick to my tried and true, Ellen’s Pinoy Grille, than go back to the Wok Experience. Unappealing & not quality-focused fresh food, Panda Express will continue to have my business. At least they give fortune cookies.

I really like this place! Aside from the fact that it’s conveniently close by, the prices are also lower than Panda Express and they really pack the food in the to-go box! Basically, you get your money’s worth. Students can also get a 15% discount with their ID, they give you a separate card with a stamp for you to show next time you order. The people are generally quite friendly as well, and the food is pretty good! I will definitely be coming back! c:

Don’t go here… Just… Don’t. The food sucks… Its watery and bland. The people are rude. The wonton? Disgraceful. Also, the sodas in the machine? Flat

They have friendly workers and the food is worth the price. Im not into asian restaurants that have the food ready almost like buffet type. But its good and quick to get. Sometimes they hook it up with extra food.

Not the same anymore, I passed by and food was no good, think new management, very disappointed, . Food was cold and dry maybe sitting there for the longest time !!! Service is terrible too, not even a half star !!! Lost my appetite ! Instead China King is better !!!

Warning: Food was good prior to the new management(@ Valleyview & La Palma). Now the food tastes very bland(especially chicken dishes). Hate to compare but the flavor is similar to the $ 1 an item at some stip malls(which has bit more flavor). Not sure if the new cook had an off night or just cutting corners on the seasoning. If you are in the area and crave chinese food, I recommend panda express two blocks down the street. Note: I normally don’t like to rate food but I really felt compelled to give a rating– one star. Please don’t waste your money like I did.

Visited here for a quick bite, I must admit the name threw me for a loop when walking inside and not seeing a wok! It’s ok, I ordered a 2 combination plate including rice and noodles. I enjoyed my meal, food was fresh and hot. Everything seemed to be priced fair and the place was clean. I liked the fact I was able to order a Mexican coke as well. There is ample parking, it’s located in the lot next to walgreens, dead smack on the corner. ENJOY :)

Wanted to try this place out due to the high reviews… The food was pretty good my only complaints are the spicy chicken was good but there was no chicken in the serving the lady gave me. It was all vegetables no chicken so I took a star for that. The won tongs and the orange chicken was ok. The service was friendly. Also I took this as take out and no fortune cookie. I would think for $ 10.00 I’d get a little bit better. I probably wouldn’t come back here a bit disappointed.

The place is under new management … What a fall, I used to really enjoy this place, I hadn’t been in a few months and I was craving some broccoli beef & chow mein, I used to throw a lil bit of siracha on and go to town. This time, no chow mein was available(already open for 30 mins) the broccoli was overcooked and mushy, the beef was chunky and chewy, and the sauce was near flavorless! A complete disappointment, so much so I don’t know if I can give the new management a second chance.

Delicious«Fast Food» Chinese! I ordered the two item combo with half rice and half chow mein noodles. My two items were Orange Chicken and Sesame Chicken. There was SO much sauce, it was perfect. Most places the dishes dont have the extra sauce, so the flavor is minimal. The woman working was so extremely friendly and the food was just delicious! She took our trays in the back to warm everything up for us a little more. GREAT food, I hope to go back!
