Great donuts and breakfast! Fast friendly staff! The breakfast in a cup is perfect for a quick bite to eat!

Delicious! Headed to New Orleans and wanted some breakfast on the go. It’s a few miles off the interstate but worth it. They have these kalachies that have sausage, egg and cheese in some yummy bread! The employees are on point and fast. The donuts were also amazing!

Big tasty fresh donuts. A dozen of them feel like they weigh as much as a bag of sugar.
The people here make donuts, coffee, and breakfast like nobody’s business. They do these things and do them well. They service is fast and efficient. The breakfast in a bowl is tasty with none of the greasiness you would expect.
If you want to sit down and eat on the weekend, arrive early because the tables fill up fast. people lounge and talk. Its like a locals hang out.
The cleanliness of the dining area is left mostly to the patrons. If you see a dirty table, clean it, and you can have it. That is the reason for the ever elusive fifth star. If the employees bused the tables themselves, they would have it. Of course, why should they bother when the patrons do it for them?

I have not, nor will I ever step foot inside this store after experiencing horrible service over the phone. I called to ask if they were open the next day, but they guy who answered only told me that they were already closed and hung up on me before I could ask my next question. I figured they were busy, so I tried later to ask my second question and again received the same quality service. I have talked to numerous people of other stores who have closed for the day and they were extremely nice and willing to help me however they could. The Donut Hole does not fall under that list of stores.

You want some sugar coated fried dough? You want a king cake that is actually just a LARGE sugar coated piece of fried dough? You want to sit around and listen to a bunch of old men talk about alligator sightings and women’s asses? Do I have the place for you!
The Donut Hole has all of that and more! The donuts are good, maybe even the best in Louisiana, especially when you get them hot out of the fryer. The pricing points are nonsensical though. A donut is like $ 1.75 and a dozen donuts is like $ 7. I understand wanting to sell more donuts, but that’s a little ridiculous. The rest of the breakfast items are pretty good too, I’m partial to the ham, egg and cheese breakfast burrito.
