Roussel’s Garden Express

Our business was looking to do extensive landscaping work, and called Roussels to schedule an appointment. I called the week before Memorial Day and was told someone would be out to see me on Wed after the holiday, which was no problem. They never showed for the appointment, l called and scheduled another appointment and they didn’t show up again. when I got in touch with Sandy she says they were finishing another job and someone would defiantly be out and STILL A NO SHOW!!! How unprofessional, if your too busy don’t commit and keep us hanging. Never in my life have I ever dealt with a company so that was so unprofessional. I would NEVER RECOMMED these people, commercial or residential to do any landscaping work.
