Found my new mechanic shop today.
A family atmosphere and quick service.
They were able to help me with my issue today.
Also, everybody that walked thru that door felt like an old friend to the staff. This is what works and what every business should strive for.

I’ve always liked the idea of an independent shop to do work on my car, and struggled to find a place I felt comfortable.
I’ve had a few things done on my cars here over the last year and have been more than pleased. Most recently I had the shocks replaced on my Subaru. Price was reasonable, and scheduling was easy. When I got my car back, there was quite a rattle from the rear side. I called them up, and they of course just told me to drop it back off and they would take care of it. And they did, no questions asked.
What’s the big deal about that you ask? That’s they way things should be. Yes. Yes, it is. However, if you’ve ever had to grapple with a shop about such things, you know how pleasant and refreshing an experience like this is. Used to be I would never call out service that went as expected, but in this day and age, you have to.
The other think I like about the shop is that they have no problem with you supplying your own parts and using them for labor. Again, an area where I’ve found other chain places hesitant to work with me.
Anything I cannot handle myself I will be going here.
