Part of me doesn’t want to write this review because I am afraid once it gets out how nice this place is, it will book up so fast we’ll never be able to get in again.
BUT…
I’ve been to a few scrapbook/quilting retreat houses and this one is the best yet. Comfortable beds, fluffy towels, and a full kitchen with all you need for a productive, relaxing weekend. The crafting room was very spacious with TWO tables for each guest which, why don’t others think of that? We were able to get so much accomplished and still enjoy ourselves watching television and sitting on the front porch swing enjoying the weather.
So, if scrapbooking or especially quilting is your thing, come here and have some fun. Just save some room for us.

We had a four day scrapbook retreat here and loved it. The craft room is well appointed, with great lighting, a convenient kitchenette. The house is full of antiques that is wonderful. We liked the beds and the plush linens. The kitchen has it all with a double oven better than mine at home. We highly recommend Mainly Drinks if you go out got a meal. Painted Pony is down the street plus two antique stores. We will be back.
